初冬時節我們一行五人來雲南旅遊，其間到訪了昆明大理麗江保山騰沖等城市，其中滕沖又是我們嚮往已久的旅遊目的地。來到騰沖有幸入住天闊雲寬. 森旅渡假酒店，三天時間裏我們受到了老闆和員工熱情周到的服務。由於我們一行五人年齡較大，老闆認真給我們介紹各個旅遊景點，針對我們年齡特點幫助我們詳細規劃旅遊路線，使我們既玩的開心也並不十分疲憊。酒店的設計很有特8色，文化氣息濃郁，房間寬敞明亮，有陽台可讀書小息，有茶台可以圍坐小敍，床具被褥枕頭乾淨舒適，特別還設有水加熱床墊。衞生間乾濕分離，寬敞佈局合理，地面防滑處理的很好。老闆精心的安排，員工熱情的服務使我們渡過了三天美好時光，真心感謝酒店的全體員工，你們辛苦了！期待下次來騰沖再次光臨貴酒店。

這次的騰沖行非常順利，管家和阿姨都特別熱情，剛到門口管家就出來迎接幫着拿行李，酒店有停車場這點真的加分不少，老闆還建了專屬服務羣，有什麼需要羣裏説一聲隨時都有人迴應，這種感覺真像是朋友一樣[偷笑]房間也收拾得非常乾淨，從房間的窗户望出去能看見遠山，視野開闊心情也好，還提供免費早餐和各種水果點心，整體都透着貼心，很適合來這度假，下次來還會考慮住這家[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

如果對酒店品質要求比較高的,可以嘗試天闊雲寬：
相對於景區的酒店來説位置比較安靜 距媽媽的味道步行5分鐘，距離春野咖啡10分鐘，周邊都是老房子老街巷，還有團迷們熱衷的拍攝地。
裝修是現代藝術風格，半山而立，移步易景，老闆很有品位和見識。
還有主題活動 ，高黎貢徒步一日行程非常適合我們這種帶長者小盆友的家庭出行。

非常喜歡的民宿，是朋友介紹的。
從第一聲老闆娘温柔的電話問候，到送別，雖然短短一天，卻讓我感受到回家的温暖。
早餐豐富，精緻。餌絲是老闆娘親自去買的傳統手工製作的，據説是騰沖市僅有一個地方在做了，口感確實不一樣。自製的香腸也特別贊！咖啡更是上乘之選，不誇張的説是整個古鎮NO.1！
房間都設施也沒得挑，床墊好舒服，是有支撐那種，被子又軟又暖，洗護是歐舒丹，熱水充足，無可挑剔！
酒店大堂和餐廳，花園等公共場所佈置的温馨且審美高級，很重要的是，和客房樓動凈安排合理，房間休息完全不被打擾，很安靜。
整個服務團隊專業熱情，尤其是管家小呂，提行李，熱情問好，主動推薦小眾景點，好吃的餐館，完美避雷！小呂還是個古鎮通，在他的講述下，我們逛起古鎮來更加有意思有韻味，流連忘返。
老闆娘是北京的老鄉，當年玩到這裏喜歡了就留下來，真的把小日子活成了詩和遠方。本人温柔大氣，對每個客人都和風細雨無微不至！

入住非常愉快！老闆是個細節控，住宿餐食都很滿意，最加分的晚上的水暖床墊，雲南的晚上還是有點冷的，進了暖暖的被窩瞬間被融化了，更貼心是細節是，加床沒有水暖竟然有個暖水袋，簡直了！好評！推薦！

這次帶着家人出行，來到這家清新設計獨特的民宿，才發覺這裏不僅環境優雅，貼心的服務更加超出預期！
環境:主人很用心，每處設計都充滿了生活的美好，步步皆風景，地理位置在小鎮的高處，視野絕佳，確實在房間就能享受天闊雲寬的感覺。
衞生: 乾淨舒適整潔，簡約大方。工作人員保持着整潔的和怡人的環境。
服務: 我住過很多國內外五星級酒店和不錯的設計師民宿，但是這的服務是有温度的，堪比五星級服的務。在主人的帶領下，每位員工都笑臉盈盈，貼心地為顧客着想，增值服務特別棒，為繁忙的客人去清洗衣物和烘乾送到房間，讓疲憊回房間的客户都收穫一份舒適的心情。
每天的早餐也有用心安排本地特色食物，味道真的好贊啊，不輸外面小店的味道。而且坐在裏面的餐廳的視野也是絕絕子，是外面小店無法比較的。
總之，這裡是我這次家庭之旅意外的收穫，讓我們有了一次非常舒適愜意的旅行。
