設施：位置很好找，很大的一個logo一眼就能看見，環境很好，獨棟別墅內外的景色都十分優美，讓人彷彿置身於世外桃源般的仙境之中。房間非常寬敞明亮，設施齊全，而且非常乾淨整潔。酒店的服務也非常好，每一位員工都非常熱情友好，庭院泡温泉就是一種享受，一種悠閑、一種安然，泡去疲勞，泡去煩惱，放鬆心情。露天天然礦物質豐富的温泉水，還能改善肌膚問題，讓你煥發水潤光彩。這次入住體驗非常出色，房間異常安靜，沒有任何外界噪音的幹擾，讓我得以充分休息，恢復精力。隔音效果真是超乎想象的好，強烈推薦給追求寧靜環境的旅客住宿環境太讓人滿意了，夜晚的安靜程度讓人驚喜，彷彿整個世界都靜了早餐有多種多樣騰沖餌絲絕美。

前台的小姑娘服務很熱情，酒店環境很安靜，這趟旅程就是想一個人安靜的呆著，温泉很舒服，因為提前安排了行程，準備去和順住住看，下次帶着孩子們一起過來，房子挺大，有院子，很舒服

早上領娃去吃早飯，娃的嘴上全是黑，一開始還不知道是什麼，以為娃蹭的是飯桌上的油，仔細一看，杯沿上全是黑色的不知道是什麼臟東西，吃的早飯上面也有頭髮，不光泡池邊有煙頭，櫃子後面也是垃圾和煙頭，在床上還捏死了一衹蟲子，態度極其差，還説他們餐廳沒見過這個類型的杯子，極其氣人，一晚上八百多的酒店,做成這樣，也是絕了。差評，來騰沖體驗感最差的酒店。#衞生#服務

這次的親子温泉之旅，這家酒店是我們訂的最後一站行程，從預訂到入住，都很開心。首先，親子套房裝飾説是是泰式風格，房間內的床是我最滿意的，玩了這麼幾天睡了一個好覺。泡的温泉呢也不像去熱海泡的那種硫磺味很濃，這個呢沒有味道，泡起來也很舒服的。
這幾天的感受下來，我們都覺得這個小城市的人都很親切，走到哪裡大家都很熱情。遇到的店家呀都會及時解決了我們的問題，提供了許多有用的旅遊建議。強烈推薦給有計劃進行親子温泉之旅的家庭。下次有機會，我們還會選擇這裏，再次享受愉快的親子時光。

前台小姑娘挺熱情，主動幫把行李搬上樓，還給送了果盤，無奈房間臟兮兮的，連不上WiFi，沒熱水洗不了澡，反應給前台她都無法解決，最後莫名把水也停了，一家人怒氣值瞬間拉滿，最後出來一位孕婦答應給退房費，看她大着肚子不容易我們也不好再多説什麼，能勸一個算一個吧

總體入住體驗非常棒，私密性極好，房間是別墅型的，前台小姐姐也特別好又是給我們介紹當地特色和好玩的地方還幫我們拎行李，酒店環境相當舒服，在花園裡曬着太陽特別享受。酒店早餐也棒棒的哦！！！
