酒店位置和環境以及衞生都讓人滿意，酒店每一位員工都非常專業和熱情。入住體驗感與酒店品牌房型價格匹配，很不錯。

非常滿意的一次入住，酒店的環境，衞生，服務，都沒得説，雖然是淡季遊客比較少，恰恰是我想要的安靜，帶着調皮的兒子一起過來，打碎了酒店的餐具，退房的時候還給了免賠，不愧是品牌酒店的格局，總之很滿意，下次旺季的時候還要再體驗一次！

和順古鎮温泉酒店的頂流。

The front desk guy will take the initiative to help place the luggage. The housekeeper Feng Limei introduced the hotel facilities in detail before checking in, which is convenient for guests to experience. The reply is also very timely and actively coordinates the needs. At the same time, the hotel provides free appointment pick-up service, which saves a lot of trouble. For breakfast, although there are not many varieties, they are all very local, and my parents like it very much. There is also the location and scenery around the hotel. It is very close to Heshun Ancient Town. Standing in the hotel tea room, you can enjoy the vast scenery around you at a glance. The feeling of being relaxed and happy is unforgettable.

對於一家相對高端的酒店，設施配套非常一般，衞生間馬桶是老式的，蓋子還會移動，淋浴間花灑非常一般，還不如一些新開業的酒店配備的好，床品也非常一般，枕頭蓬鬆度簡直和一些老式酒店配備的一樣；還要吐槽一下酒店配備的茶具，質量應該不錯 可是顏色是黑色的，泡出來的茶湯顏色根本看不出來，感覺茶的質量都不好了，有些遺憾～本來逛逛翡翠店，在古鎮那裡的茶店呵呵茶，感覺很愜意，回來泡着温泉喝點茶應該更好～還有早餐也一般
