房東小哥真的很好，房子乾淨衞生。知道我們有小朋友，準備了小凳子和小童的室內拖鞋。真的很貼心，小哥還很熱心推薦好吃的店鋪。
温泉水温一直不夠，泡不了。説是現在用水人少，水到這裏都冷了。小哥很熱心的提熱水來給我們加。但是還是不夠熱。搞到快10點我們都放棄了。
温泉這是很大的問題，因為我來騰沖就是為了泡温泉。
還特別倒黴熱水器用到一半還壞了

服務態度:店家很熱情，服務很周到，服務態度很棒！
酒店環境衞生:酒店選址很合適，整體優雅別緻，讓人住在很舒心，就好像在療養一樣。衞生做的很棒，陳設的用品整潔乾淨！
設施設備:設備齊全，設施很新，很現代化，應有盡有。滿足基本出行住宿需要。
環境:沒有嘈雜聲，優雅別緻！讓人覺得舒適放鬆！酒店設計結合了新中式庭院，透露了一種高級的優雅。
總體而言是度假修養選址住宿的不二之地，很推薦。
服務：服務很用心。熱情、態度誠懇。

隨手用手機拍了幾張，環境設施很棒，乾淨整潔，坐在小院裏喝着茶整個人都放鬆下來了 超級愜意☀️管家服務真的很到位，還提供免費的接送機服務，而且還給我推薦了很多當地騰沖人會去吃的飯店😋還有小眾景點（野温泉，此生必去👍）房間裏還有免費的茶 soda和水果，這地方真的很適合跟三五好友或一大家子人來住

環境：小院在小山上，視野超開闊。有種世外桃源的感覺，住着就覺得自己是無事小神仙，世人皆醉我獨醒。
設施：設施很齊全，該有的都有。小院超乎意料的精緻，是很用心裝修出來的房子。住的很舒服，一共有三個卧室，我和朋友兩個人住有點浪費了，一家人來很合適。
衞生：很乾凈很乾凈，地板反光的那種。
服務：房東哥哥沒得説，很熱情很親切，還幫我們推薦了可玩的地方，我們都玩的很開心。
愛拍照的女生還可以在小院拍拍拍，能貢獻一條朋友圈哦🥰🥰🥰
