服務非常棒，早餐不輸大牌五星酒店，火腿好吃哦。恆温泳池很乾凈，小童設施齊全，有蹦床，挖沙地，小滑梯，親子度假的好選擇。整個酒店公區以及花園設計非常美麗，賞山景無敵。

優點：
酒店有設計感，比較漂亮，公區的風景不錯，
無邊泳池很漂亮，可以俯瞰騰沖城景。
槽點：
住的樓距離公區隔一條路，窗外衹能看到公區的一個角角和馬路。下去玩泳池也不方便，更衣室很小，也沒去，度假的朋友建議再買貴一些的房型。
公區的温泉池，可以忽略了，頂樓的沒開，泳池邊有兩個，下面洞穴的又小又黑，泡私湯吧
五一兩千塊的房價，我不需要接機，旅拍沒約到合適的時間（提前一天約説衹有第二天中午和下午的了），然後想給孩子申請送個早餐，不出去吃飯了。前台説是找領導申請，然後回覆説前台沒這個權力...要我們去直接去試試，説應該不會收費。去了就被攔住，68元。然後早餐的檔次，完全不匹配這個價位酒店的檔次...草莓汁西瓜汁兑水，吃了點米線，麪包走了。
不是説這68不捨得，就像吃了個蒼蠅一樣，不然基礎價再賣貴點，給你們前廳經理再多點權力？

在騰沖住到的人生酒店，打算預訂的日期滿房了，感謝前台小哥哥給升級到了兩間無念閣，在山裡的三天兩夜，蟲鳴蝶舞、鳥語花香，晚上看星星月亮、白天在露台吹風放空、睡前在房間泡私湯，長者孩子都非常愉快，下次來還會選擇這裏
