Hotels near Hiroshige Museum of Art, Tendo

It was a hotel directly connected to Yamagata Station. The weather was good on the day I stayed, the mountain 々 was clear at dusk, and I was able to see a beautiful moon at night. If you walk in front of the station, there are restaurants and supermarkets, so I think it's not troublesome to stay. There was also a convenience store on the １ floor. I would like to take care of you again when you go to Yamagata.

Spacious for me. Although a bit old it good conditions. Only issue is thar the aircon it either on or off and it pretty warm so for late autumn and winter it is alright. Breakfast is either Japanese or western and the lounge is cosy. The carpark is a multi storey carpark west of the hotel so to drive past the building and anticlockwise. Good deal when I book it for 1 night. There a family mart right below.

Conveniently attached to Yamagata JR Station, for easy access to Tokyo Shinkansen, as well as to daytrips to Ginzan Onsen and Zao Onsen Ski Resort. Our room was in the newer South Annex, comfortable and spacious. Hotel granted our room request and were attentive to our stated diet requirements. We chose Japanese breakfast set on both days and they were delicious, of excellent quality and good portions. We used one of the coin laundry machines on 2F, but wished there were more machines offered on different floors.

Prime location. Appreciate they gave us a small gift , as this is our honeymoon trip. There is convenient store at the lobby , reception is at 3rd floor. Room is spacious with massage chair. After hiking and skiing , that massage chair really help a lot on our back !! 😉 There is car park at this hotel, JPY 1000 per day. Walking distance to shopping mall , 100 yen shop , and a lot restaurant nearby

I chose it for the purpose of survival. I was told that you can change your indoor wear and swimsuit as many times as you like, so if you're staying overnight, I don't think it's necessary to bring a swimsuit as it will be part of your luggage. My room was on the first floor, and the staff told me that ``the view on the first floor isn't very good...'' but I was worried because I spend most of my time outside of my room, taking in hot springs, saunas, playing areas, and reading books. It did not become. On the other hand, it was convenient because restaurants and sauna gardens were nearby. It was nice to have unlimited water and coffee everywhere. The staff at every post were pleasant and kind, which left a lasting impression on me. I would like to stay here again.

I usually stay at Zao International Hotel, but I couldn't make a reservation this time, so I tried to make this inn with a relatively high evaluation. As for Zao International Hotel, I have written a review many times in the past. In comparison with the hotel, I will write the impression of this inn. １． Location It is in front of the bus terminal and is a convenient place to come by bus. It is also suitable for a joint bath. However, if you are skiing, you need to take a bus to the ropeway mountain foot station or walk through the hot spring town with a board. In this respect, it is located on a high level a little far from the hot spring town and is more convenient to Zao International Hotel, which is almost directly connected to the genre. ２． facilities It is a quite large inn, but it is a building with a year. However, the inside is clean. The front desk is on the first floor. From the entrance to the outside, you will get down another floor. Also, to go upstairs from the fourth floor, you need to change the elevator. It's a bit troublesome to often go out and out from the upper floor. Zao International Hotel also has multiple buildings, and the entrance and exit are quite walkable at １ places, so both are the same in this respect. The rooms are renovated neatly and nothing is wrong. However, you can't enjoy the luxurious construction and view, such as Zao International Hotel Minami Kan. ３． Hot spring The large bath with open-air bath is not bad, but the facilities around the water are deteriorating a little. It is not possible to deteriorate rapidly due to the influence of hydrogen sulfide gas, but it seems to be better to put your hand in soon. The open-air bath is small. The bathroom facilities are not enemy to Zao International Hotel, including ４ rental baths. However, the use situation of hot springs was a little better than Zao International Hotel, which did not have any water from the source in the hot spring, and was pulling hot water using the natural slope. ４． Meals I think both inn tastes more than average. However, the tsuruya sukiyaki tare felt too little 々 sweet for us. Also, I was a little worried that I would not eat until I finished eating when I cooked. Zao International Hotel was better in these respects. ５． Customer service Everyone was polite and the front desk was also good. I wrote it again in the review of Zao International Hotel, but Zao International Hotel has a number of employees at the front desk who are in a terrible mine. The management, who left it alone, was really negligent, because they were just responding to the guests and they were slashing the overall hotel rating. It is an iron rule to stay comfortably at Zao International Hotel that does not approach the front desk as much as possible and checks carefully before paying. Hospitality is absolutely wonderful. A lot of things of the ground of Yamagata came out, too. Of course, all of them are delicious. We also had delicious Yamagata local sake. The view from the large public bath and open-air bath on the 8th floor is also the best. The hot spring water is soft and just the right temperature. The tiredness of the trip was blown away. It's fun to see the paintings of celebrities' plates displayed in each hallway. I definitely want to come again.
