Trefloyne is a wonderful place to stay, the rooms are beautiful, food magnificent, location excellent and all of the staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful, the hotel keep their staff with no big turnover which really says it all. Wonderful few days again and see you next year!

I had organised a schools friends reunion (with partners) and fortunately had chosen Trefloyne Manor as a place to stay and to have dinner. Everybody was delighted with both. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food of a good standard. The staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly, and a special thanks to Julia with whom I was corresponding to arrange the event, and to Caroline at reception who could not have been more helpful. We would all have no hesitation in returning or in recommending you to others.

Yet again, an absolutely wonderful, relaxed stay. Lucky to have an upgrade to our favourite room. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Food was outstanding with the best hotel breakfast you can get 😋 Already looking to book stay number 11 in the new year.

Went here last weekend for a wonderful tasty lunch on the outside patio and a tour around a few of the beautifully presented rooms courtesy of Caroline. Trefloyne Manor is truly stunning in such a peaceful and relaxing location. All the staff were polite and attentive but in particular Caroline. She gave us such a warm and friendly welcome and had all the time in the world for us whilst we looked around the available rooms. Customer service at it's very best! The food was delicious and I can highly recommend the ham salad baguette! A big 'thank you' to Caroline for all the useful information and making our visit a memorable one.

Stayed here with my 9yr old son for the night, as the reviews sounded great. Had breakfast included. Bitterly disappointed for the £140 it cost to stay here. Absolutely not the standard I would have expected for this price with these highly rated reviews. Positive points …. Nice staff especially Caroline on reception, lovely view from our room and a comfy bed. A short list of positives. Negatives ….. Very mouldy shower, not great as my son has asthma. A large wet area on the carpet right outside the bathroom door making it difficult to avoid walking on and so had damp socks/feet. Ended up having to put a towel down. Bathroom light not working above the sink. Awful rowdy crowd of men (20) outside our room with colourful language. We ended up choosing to go and eat dinner somewhere else to get away from the noise. Thankfully they had gone by the time we returned. As a coeliac disease person, gluten free breakfast was terrible, despite emailing ahead and being reassured this would be catered for. Both our breakfast orders were wrong, and as there were no GF alternatives to the sausage, hash brown, black pudding, I ended up having to re-order a different breakfast. This then took another 20mins, by which my son had finished his. The GF bread/toast was cold and like cardboard. Unfortunately not worth the money and will not be returning.

Our family and close friends from the U.S. recently stayed at the Trefloyne while celebrating our daughter’s marriage to a Welsh gentleman, and we had such a wonderful time there many thanks to your staff!! Among others, Caroline and Mo went FAR above the “call of duty” to make our friends comfortable. Clearly they love their work at the Trefloyne! As well, our meals in your dining room were superb, rooms very comfortable, and I hear the golf course was quite a good play. Thanks so much for making our special weekend with our daughter Savanna and friends and family so special!

Food and room absolutely superb if I could award 6 stars I would. From the first minute we arrived till we departed the staff could not have done more. The food was absolutely delicious, the views over the golf course were brilliant, free and ample parking.
