Premier Inn Tenby Town Centre

We have just spent 2 nights in the premier inn. 1st night we had a premier plus room. 2 nd night was a standard room. It cost most for the standard room than the plus. So the plus room you get a mini fridge, 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee facilities, iron and ironing board. Theres also plug sockets with usb port. What we didnt like was the pillows were too hard and the room seemed a little tired from when we stayed last year (bleach stains on the carpet, stains on the spare pillows, poor view, toilet rim was dirty) however the room was lovely warm and we didnt hear much noise coming from other guests. We had to check out by 12 to then check back in at 3 into a standard room. Unfortunately the weather was awful but i was not happy to pay £15 extra to check in at 1:30pm. So braced the weather until just before 3pm The standard room was quite cold when walking in and the heating didnt go up as high as the previous night in the plus room. The walls appear much thinner as we heard other guests throughout the night moving around. I do feel the standard was bigger and looked in a better condition (no bleach stains, toilet was clean, no stains on pillows) we had a better view from the standard room unfortunately no mini fridge, iron or coffee machine but that wasnt a issue for us. My husband preferred the plus room as he had a better nights sleep partly due to it being so quiet as opposed to the standard room. Overall beds were comfy in both rooms! Bath in both rooms were lush! Staff were friendly enough and breakfast was delicious. Also a plus that body wash, handwash was provided in both rooms and kettle in both rooms was a massive plus as well as being able to pick up more teabags, coffe and milk from the reception area free of charge. I would stay again as i have before but only if i can get a plus room at a good price. It would be nice to see outside have a bit of a make over as it does look quite grubby from the outside compared to neighbouring hotels. We chose this hotel due to its location! A minutes walk to the town or the beach.

I arrived to the hotel late and even though the kitchen was closed they still prepared a great meal with no fuss. Jade and Leah were both very friendly and helpful (always nice to meet another Londoner this far away), and thanks to the kitchen staff for feeding me so late! Very comfortable bed, and the best shower I’ve used in any Premier Inn.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice (extra cost/prebooked). Temperature of room was good, perhaps a little on the warm side, even for January. Staff were friendly and accessible. Bathroom was clean. Only one side of the bed had a power socket.

Hotel is central in Tenby so a great location! All staff were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - very welcoming. Restaurant was always clean & tidy. Great food! Very good meal deal offers & food was really well presented. Breakfast was plentiful with all usual choices. Evening meals were great value. Room (twin) was very spacious with really comfy beds. All in all a great 3 night break & we will definitely return to stay again.

The staff are brilliant, the friendliest most helpful I've come across. The location is superb, the breakfast was great, where they checked on allergies and immediately offered gluten free toast and were knowledgable about cross contamination. Highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently central to Tenby, walking distance to the main attractions. 5min walk from station, where's the plenty of parking (pay). The beds and rooms are comfortable. The staff friendly, welcoming and polite. Quiet location.
