Excellent stay. I stay here whenever i go to tenali ( one of my work places). It's very comfortable, good ambience. Nice polite staff. To have such a nice stay at such a small place is great

Facility and environment is very good food & service are excellent great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money.

Staff not polite. Payment after every order doesn't seem good. Consolidated payment at last would be better.

Very disappointed. The only advantage they have is there is no other “star” hotel in the district. Pillow covers were not changed. The hotel staff was very rude and does not know to handle guests. We would’ve stayed in a neat and clean “lodge” rather than staying in a dirty “star hotel”.

Excellent location. 2 minutes from railway station. Very nice ambiance and well maintained hotel. Hotel restaurant was nice and food was tasty

Rooms are good, and maintained well. However hotel staff is not upto the mark. Their response when we ask for anything is very poor.
