The management here is awful. The manager wants to be friends with her employees and does not have a high standard for service. Some of the employees are confrontational when you tell them something needs to be addressed. I made a complaint to Hilton Customer Care and the manager LIED in response. She didn’t know I recorded the entire incident. The hotel is new so it is pretty but the walls are paper thin. You hear all doors opening and slamming closed, tvs, snoring and everything else that goes on in the adjoining rooms. The beds are comfortable. The service is HORRID. I have been here 12 days and my room has not been cleaned once although I have made 3 requests. There is water standing in the bottom of the dishwasher and no one came to check it or fix it. I do not recommend and I will be calling my homeowners insurance to have my reservation changed to another hotel chain.

Lovely experience in a clean atmosphere. Love the staff they are very courteous and helpful. They even helped us do a late checkout on one of the room while we were finishing up things in the city. Breakfast was typical contemporary english breakfast with great service

It's okay. It's not great. We were here for 2 nights and had a suite. The room itself was clean, as was the main area of the hotel. We didn't eat breakfast here because the breakfast area wasn't very well stocked and it was super busy. Not a big deal on that, though. I will say, just like many of the other newer hotels we have stayed in over the last couple of years, you hear EVERYTHING! You hear people talking next door, dogs barking halfway down the hall, doors slamming, and people going up and down the hallway. The people above us were probably walking normally, but it sounds like Hulk and his family were running above us. My top priority with a hotel is that it is clean and this was. I probably wouldn't stay here again, though, next time we are in town.

This was one of the nicest places for the money that I have ever stayed. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities. The rooms are quite large compared to others. Friendly staff as well. We would definitely pick this hotel again.

I have stayed in several Home2 Suites and love them! Just UGH this time! GOOD - beautiful brand new hotel, very clean. Bad - The fire alarm goes off at 6:00 a.m., stops and sounds again 10 minutes later - false alarm, but why? Not horrible, if the plan was to get up early - but that was not the plan. Room 1 - the wall thermostat did not work - at least we could set the temperature directly at the unit. UGLY - Room 2 - Three sons try to take showers that evening - no hot water for any of them!! (um, brand new hotel) I got this news in the morning when I shared my own news. Room 1 - my shower in the morning - no hot water!! At least it was a mild December night and morning in central Texas - still a miserable, uncomfortable, and cold shower! Front desk's explanation for cold water - oh you have to run the water for a while to get it hot - what - 10, 20 30 minutes, I don't think so! She says - Oh we have trouble on the second floor. Ok, so why did you give us 2 rooms on the second floor, when the hotel was obviously not full. The breakfast was disappointing. I have stayed in lower quality hotels that at least had more to offer than - waffles, toast and bagels. The coffee was good tho. Do I recommend this location? NO Will I stay at this location again? NO

The stay was great and the hotel and room was very nice. I booked the room for 2 days because my mom was having surgery across the street at Baylor Scott & White, her surgery got postponed because of 2 emergency surgeries, and my check out was at 11am, I was literally stuck at the hospital with my mom and called the hotel at 10:30am informing them of this and that I needed a late check out and she informed me that they didnt have any late check outs and only gave me until 11:30am to come get my belongings out of the room, so I had to leave my mom and go get my stuff out of my room in which they had already entered my room and cleaned half the room with my belongings still in it. Im very disappointed that under these circumstances I could not get a late checkout considering that no one can check in until 3pm
