Do not expect to contact customer service and get any kind of answer. I have called 3 different times since Friday of last week and no one from the "escalation" team has called me back nor have I been ALLOWED to speak with anyone who can help me. At Hilton it seems that supervisors can't speak to the guests. All I needed to do was reschedule my trip and get confirmation that it has been done. Some escalation team has to do this??? Bad customer service. Unless the employees were lying to me it sounds like a policy company issue.

A/C in room 215 wasn’t working properly, bathroom door was very difficult to open and latch was broken, and no hot water in room or restroom.

I will never stay there again. I paid almost $900 for five nights there and the service was terrible. Only one elevator working out of two. The power kept going out in our room every day two and three times a day. The water in the shower was cold. the Wi-Fi sucks and also the phone went out in the room.

Amazing Stay
I love staying at Home2Suites - the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, and their amenities make life a lot easier. Breakfast is particularly delicious, and they have a great variety of foods!

There was no hot water and showers for part of our trip and hotel at first would not acknowledge, then said that there was a maintenance man that was supposed to come and work on things. We had to check out and not have a shower before our big Easter event.
