Room was always clean upon return from a days out. Food was amazing. And bar always was a good time. The front desk was always understanding with us if there was an issue, they were professional and quick to fix/help. The location is great for anytime runs to a gas station or quick bite to eat. Definitely was impressed and loved the stay considering they dealt with 21 military members drinking everynight

Friendly and good food. Clean room everyday with clean towels and new sheets. 24/7 front desk service with vending machines and a washer and dryer on the floors. Nice pool area with 3 private areas for pool lounging. Nice workout area too and great hours.

Great cold ac, good dining in the lobby, room service comes every day to clean and tidy, the only complaints I have is that our tv was slow and didn’t work very well with the remote provided. There is also only 1 set of washer and dryer on the 3rd floor that is inconvenient to say the least.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Temple Belton. The front desk staff was very nice, Especially Princess and Dee ! They Really Deserve a huge pat on the back. They were VERY HELPFUL.Also Housekeeping was on point with keeping my room fresh daily. Last but not least the breakfast and dinner crew are amazing. Thanks soon you all again.

This has been by FAR the most wonderful Impromptu stay! The staff ALL AROUND has been authentically caring, genuinely courteous, and passionately helpful! I am humbled and grateful for the people who work so tirelessly here, as a work family, to make this particular Holiday Inn so welcoming and well above exemplary! I can go on about the tidiness and cleanliness of the rooms, which HAS been spectacular too, but the customer service and relationships is what has transformed this A+ hotel experience into an A++++++!!! THANK YOU!

Would like to do a shout out to the excellent work that Nancy and Mack are doing at this location. They are doing a wonderful job and have the best attitude towards their job and guest. If you stay, please stop and tell them Hello! You will get the best Hello back!

The Hotel was not how a Holiday Inn should be; it must have been a lower-tier hotel before becoming a Holiday Inn, and they are too cheap to remodel. Be careful with your money; they like to charge you like you are downtown. The staff doesn't care, and will never stay there again

I traveled with a group of students for a Robotics competition. The entire process of making reservations, checking in and out was incredibly smooth. Sarah J. Was exceptional! The night manager Oliver, was also fantastic and friendly! Rooms were very nice, and comfortable.

The receptionist was so helpful and approachable but they didn't tell us regarding the breakfast that we have to pay for it because it is not included.just surprised because all holiday in hotel I've been to have breakfast included. The carpet is dusty in our room.
