My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! We enjoyed the amenities and comfort of our room. The views are fantastic, with a short trail that you can hike, but I recommend wearing the right shoes for it. Aside from that, the view is amazing at the top! We truly enjoyed the amenities, such as the hot tub and saltwater pool. There was a little hiccup during our two-night stay, but they recover it quickly. Sushi and Joylyn were truly accommodating and did a great job.

Spent our anniversary here and it wasn’t bad but the service and cleanliness was definitely lacking. Carpet was not vacuumed, shower was dirty, there was hair on the sink. The TV did not function properly. The pool areas were unique and scenic but in desperate need of a good cleaning. They also need staff to actually walk around once in a while and pick up discarded cups, beer cans, etc. They were everywhere! And several ended up in the pool. Don’t look like the pool furniture ever got cleaned, and this lead to lots of ants all around. This place could easily become a real gem is they would put in a little work. The views and scenery were amazing. We may give them another chance down the road but I think our next special occasion we will try somewhere else.

We came for 5 days in April from WI to warm up. The property is gorgeous. We got a room with a patio. It was in the back of the resort. ( not parking lot side) There is a beautifully landscaped path with small waterfalls on the way to the pool and a Mountain View from our patio. The food was delicious— a little pricey — it’s a resort so…….. drinks and service around the pool were great. The only thing someone may need to know is that there are a lot of steps. This resort looks like it was carved out of the mountain. Our room was clean and updated. Would definitely come back again.

This is by far, one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s built into the hillside and has beautiful nature trails, and fabulous pools. The ambiance was wonderful. There are lots of steps, so be ready to climb. They do have elevators, but I’d rather climb.

Such a great stay. I was there for a business trip and I could be not more satisfied. I found a chance to dine at the Top of the Rock restaurant, they were top notch. I recommend this hotel to everyone

A nice hotel a bit dated but the room was nice and clean. The shower was on the smaller side. The room itself was very spacious. My only complaint is the walls are kind of thin because I could hear the guests in the next room and hallway.
