It comes stocked with all of the cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Thre is also a smart TV, an Echo speaker and Wi-Fi! New mini split A/C unit installed summer 2024. The guest house is located behind the garage of the main house and you will share common areas with the tenants in the main house. Enjoy the amazing AZ sunset in the huge diving pool. Backyard also features a wet bar and seating area. Close to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, Sky Harbor Airport, major freeways, exquisite shopping, fine dining! Amazing hiking, biking trails within walking distance. The stay quiet and close to everything and clean and the pool was warm.

Great Little Place
This place is a great location - close to downtown Tempe and highways if you are going to the National Parks. It is a little on the small side but has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. There was a nice welcome box that had a couple bottles of water and snacks. It has everything you need to cook meals if you want but is close to many great restaurants. Candyce was very responsive to our questions.

Overall Good Experience
Guesthouse attached to other tenant properties, which was unexpected. It is very small but well equipped and comfy. The Papago area is a great location. Property manager pleasant.
