Facilities: Suite, two bedrooms, two halls (living room, dining room), two balconies
Hygiene: Overall hygiene is OK
Environment: The environment is OK, you can cook by yourself, there is a supermarket nearby
Service: The service is OK. The air conditioner did not cool during my stay. We came to try to fix it but it was not resolved. We suggested changing apartments, but it was troublesome and we had to leave the next day, so we didn't do it.

Super god overnatnings sted.
Rigtig fint at kunne bo i lejligheden i stedet for at være på hotel, da jeg bor i AZ i længere tid ad gangen. Jeg vil helt sikkert leje det igen. Måske lidt dyrt til en person. Men meget bekvemt.

This is a very large and comfortable place to spend time. It’s close to ASU, two blocks from a Whole Foods, and a short walk to the street cars.
Our host was considerate and quick to respond to questions.
The only caveats are that it’s two fights of stairs to the bedrooms, and that, like the rest of Tempe, it’s under flight paths for Sky Harbor airport. The windows are well sealed, however, so the noise wasn’t very disturbing.

It was a very nice property in a gated community with access to a pool and a lot of space for a family to share. Very clean and a great host. Answered promptly. Overall a great stay. With great amenities in a great community and area. Great stay will recommend

This was an amazing visit. The property was well kept. The neighborhood is very friendly and it within walking access to several businesses. I really enjoyed my stay and plan to book here whenever I visit the city

Vince was an outstanding host, reached back to me within 5-10 minutes for any concerns I had. House was very clean and nice also was in a very good area everything was in close proximity to each other. Next time I come back to phoenix I definitely will book with Vince again. Would give him 20 stars if I could!
