Plusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better).
Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again.

We love being in the middle of the vineyard. No road noise and a great place to walk! Quiet and tranquil. Close to everything.

Just stayed overnight but the location of the resort is great. Very large rooms with comfy beds, fireplaces and large bathrooms. Patios are lovely for breakfast overlooking the vineyards or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Staff was super friendly.

I have stayed in hotels 300 nights over the past four years. I see a ton of a accommodations from coast to coast. Although these rooms need a renovation to refresh some worn out FF&E, they aren't terrible. Here's the good and bad. Bad: Multiple spiders in the room. The room wasn't ready until well after 4 pm. Horrible check in experience. Bad customer service. Food and beverage was very limited to only a few hours of service. Good: The floorplans offer very spacious layouts. The rooms offer walkout patios with awesome views of the vineyard. Wine tasting room was on-site. The pool was a great amenity in the summer heat. All in all, I probably wouldn't stay here again and certainly wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

Beautiful location and resort. Room was spacious and nice. Pool area was very nice and has a nice view of the wine country looking east.
