The property was well kept, the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable but the pillows were really flat.

they way you showed the rooms and hotel was misleading. Motel 6 name was never used in the ad. We had a disgusting experience for a 200 night hotel.

Customer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that

Never stay again no heat, thin walls a guy live streams and yells in his room all night could not sleep well. roaches, and other weird bugs. This guy kept knocking on my wall over and over and then sent a lady to come knock on the door looking for Fernando it was a terrible night and the phone in room was broken so i did not call front office it was not plugged in. They should ban the Twitch Streamer he is loud and annoying

This place was an absolute nightmare. There’s a creepy guy with a scruffy beard who seems to live here and spends his time filming people from his window and live-streaming. Honestly, he gives off "wanted by the police" vibes—super unsettling. The rooms? Disgusting. Bed bugs and roaches everywhere, and they don’t even bother with room service. Despite it being a "non-smoking" property, every room reeks of smoke. The pool was surprisingly decent, but that’s about the only redeeming quality. The staff was okay, but I don’t think they can keep up with the mess this place has become. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t. Spend a little extra and avoid the horror show.
