The places are too close. Street is too narrow. If you don't park just right, a nosy neighbor lady will come up and bother you about it. The airstream needs a bit of updating.

Guillermo was awesome! Originally I booked the airstream as a surprise for my anniversary, and unfortunately the heating element went out so Guillermo was SO nice and upgraded us to his cabañita and it was just beautiful. The community was cute but it also felt very private and the hot tub was awesome! Also went out of his way to make it special and decorated!

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We liked that it was private. Had some trouble trying to get the fire pit started but we got it. The inside of the RV was retro like a 70s camper. It looks nice and was taken care of but, did have some wear and tear throughout. Everything was pretty clean. The shower/tub, although cute, didn’t have a curtains so water was getting everywhere and your head hits the ceiling while taking a shower. The double pull-out bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it worked for my husband and I. Everything that we used worked well. We drove up at nighttime and almost couldn’t find the campsite because it was hard to see the signs. It is the furthest campsite off the main road that you turn onto from highway 24.

AWESOME and AMAZING This was a trip celebrating our 36 wedding anniversary. The location was perfect! The Airstream was perfect! We will come again.

Weekend Getaway We used the property for a quick getaway from the kids in metro Denver. Very quiet and peaceful and just wait we were looking for to relax. We even had a couple deer walk by while relaxing in the hot tub. We are already planning a return trip.
