Bei unserem Besuch 2 Tage eine Nacht war alles 1A. Vom Kuchen, übers Abendessen zu viert, übers Frühstück und noch zum Mittagessen alles Top. Das Personen sehr gepflegt gutes sicheres Auftreten, eben Alte Schule! Die Speisen hervorragend super Qualität , die überbackenen Schnecken ein Trau, die Hauptspeise Gans Brust und Keule mit einem Bratapfel Klöße und Rotkohl tipo topp! Ebenso der Nachspeisen köstlich! Dazu das einmalige Ambiente, und die großen Hotelzimmer sehr gepflegt und mehr als gemütlich! Alles zusammen: hier lohnt es sich noch Gast zusein ,wir kommen wieder, und haben auch schon gebucht!

Wir waren am Sonntag mit der Familie zum Kaffeetrinken in der Waldhütte. Leider waren wir alles andere als begeistert. Angefangen von der Bedienung, die schneller wieder weg war, als das wir unsere Bestellung komplett aufgeben konnten. Der Kaffee war extrem dünn, der angeblich "hausgemachte" Kuchen nicht lecker und die Sahne kam aus der Sprühflasche und schmolz "lustig" vor sich hin. Für eine Marzipan-Sahneschnitte vom Blech € 5,- zu verlangen, fanden wir absolut überteuert und frech, Das Ambiente der Waldhütte ist schön und einen Ausflug wert. Die Qualität der Produkte (Kuchen, Kaffee, Sahne) sollte unbedingt überdacht werden.

Dieses Hotel ist hervorragend geführt und in Familienbesitz. Die Zimmer sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Personal sehr freundlich und höchst zuvorkommend. Das fängt schon bei der Rezeption an, geht über die Bedienung und die anderen Mitarbeiter:innen des Hauses. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Parkanlagen und wirklich idyllische Sitzgelegenheiten im Park und auf den Terrassen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt der Küche. Exquisit zubereitete Gerichte und sehr gut präsentiert. Ich war mit zwei Brüdern und meinen beiden Schwägerinnen dort. Wir haben ein Wochenend-Angebit genutzt, bei dem auch Fahrräder inclusive waren. Denn in der Umgebung kann man sehr gut Fahrrad fahren oder auch im Wald, der wirklich direkt vom Hotelpark aus beginnt, tolle Spaziergänge machen. Klären sollte man vorher, inwieweit das Hotel auch behindertengerecht ist. Das habe ich nicht in Erfahrung bringen können.
