Sehr tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Seefelder Loipen. Seefeld ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Inntal. Zimmer teilweise alt, aber mit Charm. Essen sehr gut und lecker. Grosse Weinkarte mit vielen Inter Weinen. Sehr guter Hotelervice

Das Hotel ist schon sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere der Spa- und Poolbereich scheint die beste Zeit hinter sich zu haben. Auf Sauberkeit wird allerdings sehr gut geachtet. Der Service lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Es scheint schlecht organisiert zu sein, nur ein kleiner Teil des Bedienpersonals spricht deutsch und hat erhebliche Verständigungsprobleme. Die Küche ist einem 4-Sterne-Haus mE nicht würdig. Das Frühstück bietet kaum Auswahl. An warmen Speisen gibt es nur Rührei und Speck. Wurst, Käse und Butter werden sichtbar schlecht gekühlt, es wellt sich alles am Buffet. Auch die Menüfolge abends ist monoton. Es gibt immer nur eine Vorspeise zur Auswahl. Die 45€ Aufpreis pro Person/Tag für die Vollpension kann man sich getrost sparen. Da sind Restaurants in der Umgebung viel besser und auch günstiger. Die Seefeld Plateau Gästekarte wird nur auf Nachfrage ausgereicht.

Der Inntaler Hof widmet sich auf seiner Homepage ausführlich seinen „kulinarischen Gaumenfreuden“. Unter anderem wird ein Restaurant mit internationaler Küche, à la carte „9ers“ und eine Tiroler Stube mit regionalen Spezialitäten beschrieben. Nichts von alledem. Das Restaurant existiert nicht, zum Abendessen gab es jeweils nur drei Hauptgerichte zur Auswahl, an einem Abend bestanden diese aus Lasagne, Fisch und für die Vegetarier Cannelloni. Man sollte auf der Homepage keine Erwartungen wecken, die sich aufgrund von Personalmangel nicht erfüllen lassen. Das ist unseriös. Auch beim Service, der sich redlich bemüht, ist bei dem nicht gerade preisgünstigen 4 Sterne Hotel noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

In diesem Hotel wirkt vieles wenig durchdacht und zuwenig eingespielt. Der Restaurantleiter wirkt gestresst und unfreundlich. Der Zimmerservice war gut. Einzelne Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir warteten sehr lange auf das Essen. Die Getränke kamen erst nach dem essen. Die Portionen waren eher klein, Besteck fehlte für den Dessert. Der Service wirkt überfordert. Vieles müsste meiner Meinung bei den Abläufen in Küche und Service nach verbessert werden.

Mi spiace molto, avevo letto alcune recensioni che anticipavano l’antichità di questo hotel. Ovviamente non è da 4 stelle e forse neanche da 3 stelle. Pochissima cura del cliente e questo possiamo anche tralasciare. Nessun lenzuolo sul letto ma solo un coprimaterasso ( allego foto) e anche li dopo avere visto il receptionist perso e non sapendo bene come poter risolvere la cosa ci siamo arresi. Però su una cosa è difficile tralasciare le note negative… la cena.. orribile. Per le due cene fatte davvero il cibo di pessissima qualità. Null’altro da aggiungere… tranne un grande dispiacere che nella meravigliosa Austria ci possono essere hotel di questo genere.
