If you want a genuine Tyrollean welcome with old school charm and values, this place has it in spades. The room was spacious and charming with the most incredible views on our own private balcony of the various mountain peaks and the Inn valley below. Having spent a week here we would highly recommend it. The views alone are worth the price of the hotel. Add in the lovely food and exceptional service from a group of staff who clearly love where they work and you will begin to understand how special this place is. Sensational breakfast, delightful afternoon cafe und kuchen and superb dinners all part of the price. Joe, the excellent front of house was our pick of the staff- he really went out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed. An exceptional hotel.

Essen ist leider am Buffet kalt gewesen (Suppe, Dessert)... Desweiteren ist nichts am Buffet beschrieben gewesen. Hauptgerichte tadellos. Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, alt keine Minibar. Service aufmerksam, aber hier und da nicht vier Sterne würdig. Dennoch kritikfähig und Verständnisvoll. In Sachen Kinder ist der Service hervorragend, aufmerksam und liebevoll.

Our trip to Inntalerhof, Mosern was magnificent. Thanks to Daniela and the team at Inntalerhof. The staff were friendly and attentive. The reception staff went over and above and helped provide us with local information and a plateau card (providing free bus journeys) - and assisted with snowshoes and booked on-line activities. We experienced cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and winter walking (thanks to Inntravel for organising), and we had snow, another reason for going. The views from the room balcony were breathtaking. Thanks to Tripsadvisor reviewers for suggesting we request a room with a valley view. Our room No 203 looked out over Telfs, snow covered mountains, and we experienced beautiful sunsets. We had a walk-in shower and large Austrian bed. We had great food. Thanks to Chef Geiner and kitchen helpers. A good choice at breakfast. Afternoon snacks included soup, salads and homemade cakes. If we were too busy, there would always be a big evening meal. Evening meal - a wide choice for the evening meal. I loved the fish dishes. When I return, I would like I to experience the Alpenwelt Wellness Centre and complete the walk to the top of Brunschkopf.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, dass einen tollen Ausblick ins Tal liefern kann. Bei den Zimmern muss man ein bisschen Glück haben. Die Ferienwohnungen sind wirklich super. Schön modern und sehr geräumig. Wenn man die älteren Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommt, merkt man den Zimmern ihr Alter schon etwas an. Die Verpflegung im Restaurant ist super! Sowohl das Frühstück, als auch das Abendessen konnten jeden Tag überzeugen!

A nice hotel, particularly comfortable and spacious family apartments with really good housekeeping and a lovely pool and sauna and setting. The food is of a very high standard. The downside is that they are short staffed in the restaurant so (1) there is a long wait for dinner to arrive in the evening, (2) they will be setting up for breakfast while you are having dinner and (3) they cannot keep up with demand at the breakfast buffet so do head into dinner and breakfast early. One specific feedback is that tea finishes at 5pm. That is a great shame for guests who are getting the bus from Seefeld as that arrives at 1656 so that rules out being able to get tea. It would be lovely, and would certainly make guests happier after a full day of skiing, to start tea at 3.15 and finish it at 5.15. When I suggested this slight change the restaurant manager was not prepared to pass this feedback on which is a great shame given it is a small change to make. For this reason and the way it was handled we shall not be returning.
