Nicht empfehlenswert
Der Empfang war alles andere als freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war in einem mittleren Zustand. Das Badezimmer war sehr alt mit Duschvorhängen, gruselig.
Das Frühstück war mittelmässig.
Ich würde diese Hotel auf Ihrer Web Seite nicht mehr empfehlen.

The hotel is at the edge of the scenic Telc square. Our room nr. 10 was on the top floor. A window could not be opened, out of the two. In the bathroom, had no drain on the floor, so the water of the shower could only remain on the floor. It was slippery for a few hours. We paid 160 Euros for one night, which is wasn't definitevly overprised.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig zurückversetzt in der Ecke des Hauptplatzes von Telc. Von einigen Zimmern hat man einen Blick auf den Hauptplatz. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr. 9 im Dachgeschoss. Es war sehr geäumig und der Ausblick war wunderschön, besonders abends bei Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt jedoch keinen Lift, daher sind für Gehbehinderte, die Zimmer im Obergeschoß nicht zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer mit Blick zum Garten sind sicher ruhiger als jene mit Ausblick zum Hauptplatz. Am Samstag war Markttag und daher war es schon zeitig am Morgen laut. Nachtsüber jedoch immer sehr ruhig und man konnte bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen. Die Zimmer verfügen über einen kleinen Kühlschrank, jedoch keinen Safe und keine Klimaanlage, hat uns aber trotz Hitze nicht gestört, ein Ventilator ist vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir haben eine Parkkarte bekommen, und konnten gratis am Parkplatz ausserhalb parken, ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel. Zum Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks darf man zum Hotel zufahren. Zimmer werden nur auf Wunsch gereinigt, in 3 Tagen erfolgte keine Reinigung, frische Handtücher haben wir jedoch bei Bedarf bekommen. Frühstück wird im Kellergeschoß in Buffetform angeboten, und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Man kann auch im naturbelassenen sehr ruhig gelegenen Garten frühstücken. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Am Hauptplatz gibt es einige sehr gute Lokale, im Hotel selbst ist eine Konditorei mit sehr guten Mehlspeisen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder kommen. Telc ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen und es gibt in der Umgebung sehr viel zu entdecken.

Not at all what was advertised on the photos for the deluxe room. Right in the centre. Friendly and kind staff.

A lovely old building, with updated facilities, as well as a covered parking area for bicycles. The location was right in the town square and easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was good.
