Our group arrived at 1PM very hot and ready for a drink by the pool and the beach. We were told no admittance to the rooms or the resort until 3PM! This is a beach resort and it starts getting dark shortly after 5PM. Finally he said if we each paid $25 we could use the facilities. The resort is fine but the staff or the resort policies are terrible. Lots of garbage around the pool areas and loud music blasting during the day. We will never go back there.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas pero requieren un poco de mantenimientos, sobre todo los pisos rojos de las áreas comunes, se ven un poco deteriorados, algunos cielos falsos sin plafones, hay bastante olor a humedad en las habitaciones del primer nivel, pero en general la estadía fue muy buena, un lugar muy seguro y el personal muy amable, las actividades recreativas muy buenas
