Beautiful resort and views. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The staff gave us outstanding customer service, special thanks to Yaritza, Pamela, Richard and David for their assistance in helping us with my mother's surprise birthday, Definitely recommended it!

Ich war schon mehrfach im Indura Beach Hotel und es gehört für mich definitiv mit zu den besten Hilton Hotels. Die Villas sind traumhaft und der tropische Garten einzigartig. Der Strand ist wunderschön und man ist oft fast alleine dort unterwegs. Der Empfang an der Rezeption durch Angie war professionell und sehr herzlich. Alle Anfragen wurden freundlich und umgehend beantwortet. Ich komme wieder das steht schon fest 😀👍

Horrible service. The worst payment I have made. Food Over Priced. The main swimming pool was closed and we did not get out resort fee back. The front desk was full of lies about the pool. Management at its worst. The food is overpriced. The main pool was not available and this was not noticed on advance. Do not come and stay on this hotel. It is not worth it.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff,we stayed 3 nights the location, food and service was also fabulous . As we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink ,Honduras is very hot We stopped at the bar for some drinks and karaoke excellent!!! Our bartender, Obed, was so nice, and everyone loved his service. Thank you to him and all the staff of Indura Resorts. I will come back soon with my family again... Excellent!!! 100%

We checked into the Indura Beach and Golf Resort Curio Collection by Hilton in Tela, Honduras on July 22 to July 24, 2024. We booked through Priceline we paid $387.98 and stayed in room 22 202. The business committed to providing a safe experience. However an injury occurred at the result of failed upkeep to the property. We have called multiple times without answer or resolution. We tried to speak with management while on the property. Each conversation ending with a promised phone call but no one has gotten in touch with us. In the morning of July 23, we were swimming in the pool when my husband got a deep cut on the bottom of his foot. It bled so much that it took multiple people to clean it up and it took a lot of towels, gauze and tape to help stop the bleeding. The pool has a ton of loose tiles and some sharp edges. This was the first morning of an eight day vacation. He is in pain to walk on the foot and is unable to go on the beach with sand and salt water getting in the wound. As a Hilton Honors member and simply as a paying guest, I expected more in terms of customer service. We have spent so many hours trying to find resolution with no avail.
