Le pire hôtel de ma vie. Le responsable est un voleur, un menteur, un arnaqueur. Nous sommes arrivées avec mes enfants, après avoir réservé, payé et même échangé avec lui via WhatsApp. En arrivant, il me dit : « Désolé, je n’ai pas de réservation. » Je lui montre la preuve sur mon téléphone, et là il appuie lui-même sur "annuler" ! Il me dit ensuite : « C’est bon, je te rembourse. » Je lui réponds que je suis avec mes enfants en bas âge, et il me lâche froidement : « Désolé, va chercher ailleurs, je n’ai plus de chambre. » Une horreur. Ce monsieur, une cigarette à la main en permanence, était nerveux, méchant et profondément désagréable. Cela dit, dans la vie, tout mal peut cacher un bien. Sur place, d'autres clients demandaient à être remboursés car l’hôtel était sale, limite insalubre. L’un d’eux était tellement énervé qu’il était prêt à le frapper. Finalement, ce "responsable" lui a remboursé immédiatement. Merci mon D de ne pas nous avoir laissés dormir là-bas ! Finalement, Booking nous a relogés dans un hôtel magnifique, le Basel, juste à côté. Un vrai bonheur : personnel adorable, serviable, gentil, tout l’inverse de ce voleur de TLV 88. Il n’aura jamais ces qualités-là. Hachem Gadol, tout se paie dans la vie. Remercie-moi de ne pas avoir appelé la police : en Israël, les enfants sont une priorité. Laisser trois petits dans la rue, c’est inacceptable. Tu n’es rien d’autre qu’un imposteur.

Мы с женой были во многих отелях. Но такого,мягко сказать ужаса,мы ещё не встречали !!! Такого запаха в отели и таких номеров что бы страшно было присесть ни то что спать или вообще раздеться…. Грязь самих Ковров в которые лежат на всех коридорах не возможно пера дать словами. После требования поменять номер, надеясь будет по лучше… придя в другой номер, оказалась ещё хуже. Но сам финал был потрясающим. С учетом при бронировании что при отказе деньги возвращаться. Отель отковался возвращать деньги. Кто вдруг решил бронировать этот ‘отель’’ обратите внимание. И не верьте тем фотографиям которые выставлены на сайтах. Полный обман!!!

Very run down hotel with extremely bad service. The staff is mostly busy on their cell phones, having private conversations and feel they are not responsible for anything. It takes 15 minutes to order breakfast and 30 minutes for it to be served. Breakfast consists of some kind of omelette, 2 slices of toast not toasted, warm butter, jam, yogurt... Coffee in a paper cup, the staff does not know the difference between cappuccino and black coffee. Music from a Youtube list with advertising support is played in the restaurant so loudly that it can be heard in the rooms too. The restaurant is also very dirty. The hotel is located on a busy road and it is very noisy from early in the morning until late at night. I could not find any signs of a spa. The pictures on the internet do not match reality at all. It is not worth trying this hotel!
