Excellent!!!! I recently booked a last-minute stay at Lala Hotel, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with the experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in for check-in, I was greeted by Barbara, who was not only kind but also exceptionally pleasant and incredibly accommodating. What stood out to me the most during my stay was the remarkable service. It felt like I was receiving a 5-star treatment at a cost of a 3-star hotel. Barbara’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and her willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable was truly impressive. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing night. The attention to detail in the room and throughout the hotel was evident, making it clear that the staff takes pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. From check-in to check-out, my stay at Lala Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was extraordinary great The room was nice and unique but the sheets weren’t very clean. To top on that the walls were very thin that you can hear the other rooms and the garden. To sum up ,good experience in a very nice place.
