Excellent experience at Prima City Hotel!Perfect location! I had a wonderful stay at Prima City Hotel. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel's location is simply fantastic! It's very close to the beach and everything Tel Aviv has to offer, allowing for easy and convenient access to all attractions. Above all, the staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It's truly a pleasure to encounter such dedicated staff who care about their guests. A big thank you to the hotel manager and the entire team for an outstanding hospitality experience! Highly recommended!

Great location, big room considering, friendly and welcoming staff. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Staff went out of their way to make her stay as good as it could possibly have been. Appreciated the cold water always filled and seating outside in the shade

I came to the hotel with a group of students. Wow Couldn't believe how good and creative wad the food, and how nice, kind and helpful was the staff. From Sudani to Yaniv and Natalie and all other staff members - we were taking care of in the best way possible. The rooms and locations are also great Thank you so much We will be back!

We chose the Prima City Hotel to meet friends evacuated from the north of the country who were temporarily staying in a hotel nearby. The price for a two-day stay is a bit high, in my opinion. The hotel is small, but very nice. Both the room and other areas are very clean. A nice gift in the form of chocolate and a bottle of drinking water awaited us in the room. The room is equipped with a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle with everything you need to make coffee and tea. Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager announced that she had upgraded the room to premium. This premium was very small with two narrow windows on the sides of the room. Well, definitely not premium. The shower stall had clean towels, soap, shower gel and everything you need. I really liked the service in the dining room. A very polite and responsible manager named Sudani helped us adapt to the dining room and helped and offered help in every possible way. Overall, the impression of the hotel is good. One thing, we left on Saturday. In Israel, late checkout is common in most hotels. But here we were sent a message in advance that checkout, despite it being Saturday, should be no later than 11 a.m., which is very strange.

3 night stay in Tel Aviv
Great location, close to everything (beach, transportation, shops/food, etc), quiet, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast buffet. I'd stay here again.
