First, the pool water was freezing—even in mid-July! It was too cold to use, even for the kids. Breakfast was charged for our children, despite booking a room that included them and being Diamond members, which should have entitled us to free breakfast. The balconies were unusable due to constant cigarette smoke drifting from neighboring rooms, and the hotel took no action to enforce any non-smoking policy. There’s no dedicated beach area for the hotel—it’s a public beach shared with everyone, often occupied by surf lessons, making it hard to enjoy. That said, the water is very clear and a great depth for kids, with a perfect temperature. Overall, nothing about our stay made us feel valued as Diamond members, despite also being Hilton Amex cardholders. Very disappointing.

Hilton in july :) We just stayed at the hotel for few days celebrating my sisters wedding and I want to fully recommend staying at the Hilton - our whole family had a great time ! The food was very good ! Rooms were clean and felt great with the ocean view ! There is one employee - SAVVA whom I want to thank especially since he did so much for us - took care of anything we needed help with and made sure we had this great experience ! SAAVA- you are one of a kind and a true asset to the hotel !! Thank you very much and can’t wait to visit again

Once again we had an incredible experience at Hilton Tel Aviv. Staff are all helpful and really nice. Gold status was recognised with a room upgrade and a gift in the room. This is the best hotel in the area.

Al llegar al establecimiento nos sorprendió el lujo y la pulcritud del lobby. La atención fue rápida, eficiente, cordial y muy profesional. La habitación es muy cómoda y amplia, con lugar para trabajar y un hermoso balcón para disfrutar de la vista del mediterráneo. La limpieza de la misma es de destacar ya que el servicio pasaba varias veces al dia de manera tal que la habitación siempre estaba impecable. El gimnasio en el segundo subsuelo tiene un equipamiento mejor que el de varios gimnasios pagos de primer nivel. El servicio de piscina fue muy bueno, donde toallas y sombrillas nos ofrecían de manera permanente. El servicio de Lounge era impecable. Siempre estaba surtido y el personal sumamente cordial, destacando la simpatía de Ilan. El dia que debíamos partir cerraron los aeropuertos de Israel lo que nos obligo entonces a extender nuestra estancia sin tenerlo programada, y es allí donde debo destacar la profesionalidad del departamento de reservas que hicieron todo lo necesario para solucionar el problema y poder sortear el inconveniente.
