Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova

In terms of hardware, it feels like the best hotel in the entire Antalya to Fethiye. I didn’t see any Chinese people during my stay. When I made the reservation, the Ctrip score was only 3 or so, which was inconsistent with the actual hotel. But this hotel has a big problem: because some friends from the same industry joined me temporarily, I tried to contact the hotel by email before checking in to upgrade the room, cancel the reservation, or make an additional reservation. The hotel ignored me and didn’t reply to the email. Later, Ctrip helped to contact me, but there was no reply. When I checked in, even though I provided a voucher for the full room fee in advance, I was still charged the full room fee again. I thought it was a deposit as a guarantee that would be returned upon check-out, but when I checked out, they said that the hotel had not received the money paid by Ctrip and asked me to contact Ctrip. After that, I contacted Ctrip. Ctrip had been looking for this hotel for nearly a week, but as expected, they couldn’t get in touch. Ctrip was very helpful and unilaterally refunded my losses.

Отдыхали в отеле с 23.08 по 30.08 в общем средний уровень отеля. Из минусов скудная еда,рыба сухая костлявая дорада каждый день,очереди за блинчиками и за мясными блюдами,поиск свободного столика ,рестораны а ля карт только за деньги, развлечения по вечерам никакие,хотелось уйти в соседние отели где было ярко и весело,тараканчики бегающие по территории и мелкие в номере.... Плюсы огромная ухоженная территория,большой пляж,свежие охлаждённые фрукты,хороший выбор свежих пирожных и булочек,отзывчивый персонал...

Otel yeşiller içinde şahane odaları kullanışlı ve keyifli temizlik iyi ama otelin yıldızı mutfağın hamur işleri grubu. Bence fikrim otelin yemek konusunda yükünü tek başına üstleniyor
