I visited this hotel in June 2024. Lovely rooms, beautiful beach and friendly reception team. The gym was lovely and so were the cocktails too. But one major problem was the high volume of guests with food poisoning. My boyfriend got severely ill after eating at the buffet restaurant. We went to the medical centre on sight and there was two other separate people with family members also suffering from food poisoning. The doctor spoke hardly any English so was difficult to communicate and scary trying to track the sickness and his temperature without any guidance. The food needs to be reviewed before this summer season starts at this hotel. There was also waiters loundly arguing with eachother after one dropped a box of clean forks on a child. They were not hurt but the waiters made it much more stressful by shouting at one another and acting aggressively.

Всем добрый вечер, вот у меня есть вопросик могу ли я подать в суд на отель?за то что я завезла от них клопов себе домой!в данный момент мы прошли уже 7 кругов ада выводя их из квартиры.Номер был ужасно грязный,мало того там даже были тараканы! И это особо не смущало персонал.Но я вот не думала что в чемодан я привезу бомбу в виде клопа!

First class hotel in lovely surroundings
Amazing hotel .could not fault it.Beautiful gardens.Room very spacious and comfortable with pleasant balcony.many comfortable places to sit and relax. Meal times were busy but only to be expected with a latge hotel. Good choice of pools. Huge choice of food.

Personalt var også veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme
Eneste og bemerke var generelt renhold og maten kunne ha vært litt bedre

Güzel bir tatil
Doğası mükemmel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Havuzu ve denizi çok iyi. Çocuğunuz varsa mini klüp harika. Yemek çeşidi bol ama çok kalabalık olduğu için lezzetten biraz taviz verilmiş. Odalar temiz konum harika. İçkiler tatmin edici. 10 üzerinden 9. Bu paraya bundan iyisini beklemek zor.
