The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery. The staff is very friendly, and the food, drinks, and desserts are excellent. Towels are available everywhere, which is very convenient. When we arrived, our room had a crib instead of a bed for our child, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. There was a small issue in our room when part of the sink fell off, but the staff reacted fast and repaired it right away. We also needed a doctor during our stay. The nurse didn’t speak much English, but they brought someone to help, and we got the needed prescription medicine. The pharmacy was close, so all worked well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is amazing, and the service is excellent!

Miejsce piękne pełne atrakcji, super baseny park ze zjeżdżalniami wodnymi to istny raj dla dzieciaków, a wszystko u podnóża góry TAHTALI. Plaża na terenie resortu. Bogate animacje wieczorem i w dzień, lokale usługowe alejka zakupowa na terenie resortu i fajnie bo możne wyjść pieszo z resortu do pobliskiego miasteczka gdzie jest kilka lokalnych restauracji i oczywiście sklepy ze wszelkimi dobrami :) Bardzo obfite bufety śniadaniowe i kolacyjne, tu mam małą uwagę wydaje mi się że tego jest tak dużo że nie wszystko jest przejadane i niestety wraca na bufet pod inna postacią. Plus za kąciki dla dzieci z produktami dziecięcymi.

Overall a nice hotel with beautiful, large, clean territory, good food choice, professional & amazing evening shows. I can give the highest praise to the most hardworking and most diligent bartender Ashi at the pool bar, a very positive person. Things worth improving: - The main restaurant lady managers are kind, always respond positively to everything you ask and promise to do everything, but even when being reminded in WhatsApp, the things they promised were mostly forgotten to be done unfortunately. - The biggest disappointment: freezing cold aquapark for kids. It was useless. Even the sea was way warmer in mid October. For all the hotel guests just 1 heated pool which was everyday overcrowded and pre taken with towels. Other pools are freezing cold and freezing cold aquapark. So many pools and an amazing aquapark, but they were useless because of freezing cold water. Great disappointment. -Quu-SPA center is way overpriced. You have to bargain a lot to get a reasonable price. Took a massage. The masseuse was sick, sneezing all the time, and sniffing her nose - no relaxation, waste of money. On the beach there is a guy (with dyed gray hair) who offers Quu-spa services, very pushy and rude. - Would advise renovating the rooms and adding heating to all the pools and the aquapark. - Almost no animation team. Mostly for small children at the kids club.

Отдыхали в отеле Güral Premier Tekirova и остались в восторге от уровня обслуживания и дружелюбия персонала! Каждый сотрудник делал все возможное, чтобы наш отпуск был идеальным. Уборка номеров была всегда на высоте, все чисто и аккуратно. Персонал на ресепшене приветлив и оперативен, всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Особенно хотелось бы отметить аниматоров, которые создавали атмосферу веселья для всей семьи! Бармены и официанты в ресторанах тоже заслуживают похвалы за внимательное обслуживание и дружелюбие. Чувствовалась настоящая забота о каждом госте, что делает отдых в этом отеле незабываемым. Большое спасибо всему коллективу отеля за превосходную работ

Tatilimizi 1-8 Ekim tarihleri arasında yaptık.Deniz ve hava çok güzeldi .Otel ***et temizdi animasyonları yarışmaları anfi tiyatrodaki gösterileri her gece canlı müzik oktaber fest gala gecesi köpük partisi hepsi çok kaliteli ve eğlenceliydi .Yemekleri güzeldi sahilde servis yoktu garsonlar yaz bittiğinden dolayı herhalde biraz yetersizdi . Garsonları ***et ilgiliydi özellikle garsonlardan Göksel beye çok teşekkür ediyorum güler yüzlü ve çalışkan her türlü isteğimizi fazlasıyla yapan bir kişiydi .

Das Unterhaltungsprogramm sowie Service im Gastronomiebereich wurde in der letzten Woche der Saison sehr ausgedünnt im Gegensatz zu den letzten Jahren. Keine Abendshows mehr in den letzten vier Tagen. Essensauswahl auf ein Minimum reduziert.

Feelings that you a trash, once its the last days of a season. I can compare to Gural Belek that was also the end of a season, but we felt that they work to perfection. Tekirova just cut the kids programs, later-adults without any note. The last day of work they just stopped everything, water slides, some food facilities. I have asked for a ln ice coffee and answer was, oh, well, ok. We felt like a trash who are still in their property. Believe me, I know what does it mean the end of season, we are not people oh high demands, we needed just basics not the locked door everywhere. We were 3 times in Turkey and this time was the worst. Spending much money and getting formal we are sorry, we are closing.. so either you are closing,or you are working. Ernesta

Отличный семейный отель, огромная территория, всё рядом, очень удобно. Много разграниченных зон отдыха для взрослых и детей. Прекрасный, чистый пляж, удобный вход в море. Разнообразная кухня. Отдельные номера pool deluxe с выходом к отдельным бассейнам огромный плюс отелю. Большое количество активностей в течении дня, скучать не прийдется. Внимательный персонал. Приезжаем в этот отель каждый год, уровень отеля поддерживается на высоком уровне, обязательно приедем снова.

Прекрасный отель, который из года в год поддерживает высокий и качественный уровень услуг, в отеле представлены все виды кухонь, настолько всё разнообразное, что хотелось съесть всё . Большая территория, где даже при большой загрузки, не чувствуется скопление людей. Потрясающе внимательный персонал, огромное спасибо отделу Guest relation (Анастасии в особенности) за постоянное внимание и комфорт.
