The hotel is very old, except for a few staff, they were not helpful at all. There was an unhappy working team.

This hotel has the worst service and customer care I have ever been through.
They never reply in calls and when they reply either they keep sending you from one person to another or they close the phone.
Management not supporting when I explained my issue regarding my wife need to be in same room they ask for extra 275 euro per night which is double price of hotel.
This happened to more than one person as I ask my other friend they just want money not your happiness.
It should be 2 star hotel and not Rixos brand name

Assistant service is excellent. When you arrive hotel, you are joined a whatsapp group, and you can get actions directly and asap with fast communication.

The hotel is nicely located, the staff is polite and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel rooms are not very good quality (damaged), probably due to the large number of guests with small children, both local and Russian. If someone is planning a trip with the intention of a quiet and high-quality rest, then rather due to the large number of children, the noise is omnipresent and the culture of the guests from Russia leaves much to be desired (feet on the tables in the lobby, lying in swimsuits on the sofas in the lobby, children running and screaming in the lobby - in which an adult should be able to calmly drink a drink, to which the staff does not react at all and for this unfortunately 3 stars because it is very far from the concept of luxury

Her şeyiyle çok güzeldi, çok eğlenceli zaman geçirdim ayrıca hizmet olarak ta beklediğimden daha iyi bir muamele ile karşılaştım. Housekeeping temiz ve zamanında işlerini severek yapıyorlar ona keza otelin yemekleride de çok başarılı ve en önemlisi geçirdiğim süre zarfında otelin dj olan Tamer Yazgan'a ayrıca teşekkür ederim çaldığı Türkçe ve yabancı şarkılar ve enerjisi bizi mutlu etti sayesinde eğlenceli bir zaman dilimi geçirdik. Otelin sahnesinde çıkan müzik gurupları güzel fakat Showları biraz zayıf neredeyse çoğu çocuklara ait gibi . Otelin disko ve lotus bar departmanı da işini bilen harika insanlar. Misafir ilişkileri departmanı da ***et ilgili bize yardımcı oldukları için tekrar teşekkür ederiz. Kısacası bir dahaki tatilimizi de burda yapacağız. Teşekkürler Rixos Premium Tekirova ailesi.

Если сравнивать с Лара барут, есть несколько отличий. В Ларе лучше обслуживание, рестораны а ля карт, уборка, чуть больше выбор элитного алкоголя. Для взрослых больше подходит Лара, хотя он и немного дороже. Чем он лучше. Детские развлечения, большой аквапарк, чистое прозрачное море, (пожалел, что не взял маску) панда парк, скалодром, и вообще если с детьми, то тут гораздо круче чем в Ларе. Отличный отель, рекомендую!

This is the second time we came. We would highly recommend it. The food is great as are all the staff. Guest relations surprised us with some birthday balloons and birthday cake- what a lovely gesture. The Indian food chef Jitender made lovely Indian food and we ate it everyday. He is truly a great chef of Indian food. Separately, I really like their grilled food they made. They even have heinz mayonnaise which is great. Everyone seems to speak English and I had no problems with this. What a great place and we look forward to coming back again. Room 2295 nov 6th to Nov 10th.
