這個酒店沒有WIFI，他們WIFI是直接連不上的。房間的衞生狀況讓我無語到極點，房間內存在多處明顯的清潔不足，床地下有垃圾，真不知道他們客房是怎麼打掃衞生的，馬桶座圈上有未清理乾淨的痕跡。嘗試聯繫前台反饋問題，不解決，客服暗示是我對清潔標準的要求高或是使用不當導致了這些問題，這種推卸責任的行為進一步加劇了我的不滿。 我們反饋問題，不説不解決了，好心沒給差評，客服推卸責任，是用你家吹風機是壞的，是你們保安不願意換吹風機，是你們沒有無線網絡，給你們反饋問題，是你們説的連結別的房間WIFI。是你們房間衞生肉眼可見的不乾淨，我看酒店評價 客人反饋問題客服回覆的全全是消費者自身問題。
我認為，作為一家服務行業的企業，應當重視消費者的反饋，並積極採取措施改進服務。然而，這次經歷讓我感覺酒店方面對客户的不滿意並不夠重視，也沒有展現出應有的專業素質和服務精神。

本想尋一處安寧, 卻遇酒店糟心事, 滿心期待變失望, 差評難掩心中傷1. 我和老公大概12:45去辦理入住 給了326房 剛上去我就想連一下網 房間直接沒網 電視也沒信號 酒店保安叔叔上來把電視給我們好不容易弄好 結果手機還是連不上網 不是網速差 這間房壓根沒有網絡。我當時房間的任何東西都沒動 想換房 被忽視了 當時保安叔叔也在我們旁邊
2，到了晚上入寢時間剛睡了過去隔壁327房間的人一直在大聲唱歌 一直在笑 我沒入睡出去敲了他們的房門提醒了一次，我們要休息 結果沒一會兒人家又開始了，不信你可以掉酒店的監控 隔音太差了吧 於是我就給前台打了電話 要求換房 一直沒人上來提醒327房 我們吵的實在是睡不着 我就凌晨4:22下來退房了 當時我就給前台也説了 我要在平台上點評。前台來了一句現在也可以換房 我實在是不理解
我入住時本來房間有毛病想換房的時候不給換非要發生了事兒後可以換房，我一點接受不了 我們都上班的人 包括你們工作人員 也睡不想安安心心的睡個覺 想安安靜靜的睡個覺都不行 雖然我是用4元活動入住 我覺得不應該這樣對待
我總結一下：入住後發現房間網絡信號極差，幾乎無法正常使用，影響了我與外界的聯繫和情趣。
2.隔壁房間擾民，凌晨無法入睡，體驗極差。
3.反映房間沒有網絡的問題，但，完全沒有采取任何措施來解決這個問題。
總的來説，這次住宿體驗讓我非常失望。我不會再推薦這家酒店給任何人，也不會再次入住。希望酒店能夠認真對待顧客的反饋。

這次在天沃酒店住宿體驗極為糟糕，衞生狀況不達標嚴重影響我的休息質量，我進去就看到衞生間垃圾桶有垃圾，床地下有垃圾沒清理，床單是乾淨的，但褥子上的血漬令人非常不適，洗完澡吹風機是壞的吹了半天只有冷風，我嘗試聯繫酒店前台反映問題，希望能及時的解決，但遺憾的是保安進門問怎麼了 ，我説吹風機吹不出熱風，他吹了一會兒説這可以，他們酒店的吹風機都一樣，吹的都是冷風，當時太晚了我也沒再説什麼。
