設施：比較老舊。第一晚的房在1號樓，廁所沖不下去，空調連夜滴水，房間有黴味兒；第二晚換了3號樓，廁所和空調倒是好了，味道卻更大了。
服務：1號樓的前台小姐姐還是挺不錯的，熱心幫忙換房。換房時想寄存行李到3號樓，結果沒人在崗。1號樓的小姐姐幫忙打了電話找服務員，結果半天也沒人過來，無語。
環境：環境很好，在一個森林公園裡麪。每天大早出來觀鳥，可以看到不少動物，夜觀還能找到貓頭鷹和歐夜鷹。

環境非常好，處處曲徑通幽處的感覺，可以説在一個小景區裏面，離八卦城也不遠。着重表揚一下早餐很好，服務也很好。唯獨有些欠缺的就是房間有些年代了，有點像老國營飯店。裏面容易迷路😄😄

屋子裡異味很重、感覺是裝修十幾年前的、像以前的招待所、設施老化嚴重、服務人員打掃不到位、估計為了省錢保潔員不夠、衞生間很臟、龍頭感覺像好久沒洗過一樣、淋浴噴頭都掉下來了、也不維修、用個塑料袋包着、感覺好心塞！地毯污漬嚴重、櫃子裏也都黴斑了、燒水壺上都有一層厚厚的灰塵、壺嘴和壺邊都是水垢、很噁心！早餐菜品和包子等都不加熱、吃的時候都是涼的！很怕吃壞肚子！整體這個價格真的不值、還不如一百多的小旅館、我就是被店面照片給騙了、而且住的還不是照片上的那幢樓、是幾百米外的一幢二層樓！平台4.1的評分還是高了！下次4.5分以下的還是不能定啊！評分低一定是有原因的

服務不錯，免費升級了商務房間，這個房間是真的大啊。環境不錯，很安靜，在景區裏面。我們住的是3號樓，就是設施有點老舊。
