整趟旅途最滿意的酒店，服務非常好，我們差不多十二點才到店，四位員工給我們拿行李辦入住，還提前給我們升級房型，一千左右的價格，給的東西整個伊犁地區估計找不出第二家，
mini吧:免費，東西還很多，非常良心
管家服務:非常到位
設施：漢斯格雅高端系列的淋浴，kohler 的電動馬桶和水龍頭，dyson 的電吹風，法 國 balmain 的洗護用品，這些都是國外六星級才有的配置
衞生：不但給常規的毛巾（達到五星級標準），還配免費的一次性毛巾
這是一家用心在經營的好店

房子非常的，環境也非常的優美還可以免費送一杯酒，調酒，而且晚上的時候景色也特別好，有水有山，而且服務特別的周到，服務服務工作人員也都特別的細心，非常的有禮貌，並且會給我們送下午茶。這是一次非常難得的非常好的體驗，非常期待下一次的時候我們再來再繼續入住這家酒店，非常感謝老闆

環境：太舒適了，本來我們第二天有其他的行程安排但是住進來之後果斷就續住了一晚，想再好好享受一下這個小院。院子裏就能看見雪山！
衞生：對於我這個重度潔癖來説真的這家的衞生我很滿意很舒適。
設施：有小度晚上關燈很方便，窗簾也是自動的，投影絕了
服務：從老闆到員工小妹妹的服務都給人感覺像是回家了，貼心幫忙準備下午茶和晚安飲品，真的感受到有五星級的服務。

賽里木湖出來遇到伊昭公路下雪封路，陰雨天氣打亂了預先安排的計劃，衹能一路開到特克斯。進民宿的第一時間就知道選對了，工作人員熱情的幫忙拿行李撐雨傘，進房間很快送來了點心和茶水，撫平了陰雨帶來的不快。民宿有個精緻的小院子，雨後天晴小朋友可以放心的在院子裏玩耍，工作人員還特意給了點魚食喂小魚，非常開心。民宿位置裏摩天輪很近，晚上帶小朋友去坐了一趟，回到民宿小酒館有駐唱歌手，聽聽歌還有贈送的調酒及小零食，愉快又輕鬆的一晚。民宿床品不錯，還有洗衣機及烘乾機房，設施很齊全，米娜小姐姐有求必應。如果一定要挑點問題，就是房間夜間光源稍微有點多，對睡眠環境要求苛刻的可能需要找東西遮擋一下。總體來説，值得推薦，這不明天返程大家一致決定還住這裏😀

房間挺大，衞生還不錯。可能新裝修的緣故，味道優點重。浴室的地有些滑，衞生間的窗簾很高，沒拉好，第2天是被光亮醒的。不知道是疏忽還是什麼，預訂的時候打電話問幾點到，順給準備水果，結果到了沒有
