前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間很大，設備很新，床品睡的特別舒服，門口停車場很大，到八卦城幾分鐘，很方便

價格和產品不匹配，房間達不到四星標準，酒店特別偏僻，裏面配套設施也一般。我朋友晚上去他們前台定價格比我在攜程上定便宜一百，這不是瞎扯嘛

7月份去特克斯去看朋友，到喀拉峻的路上就看到了這個酒店。當時就想到什麼時候能住上它。這次終於成行。酒店乾淨衞生，前台接待很熱情，房間也大。去瓊古斯台和喀拉峻都特別方便。雖然在城郊，但是因為八卦城也不大，所以交通也方便。

準備去喀拉峻玩選擇了這家連鎖酒店，住的很舒服房間很大，酒店設施很新也很乾凈，有小度智能還有機器人可以送外賣到房間，很方便。床墊也很軟，睡得很舒適，整體住下來感覺很好，下次來新疆旅行還要來這個酒店。

這家酒店滿腦子都是要好評，但是服務很拉胯。一開始訂了一晚感覺還可以，要就給了。給完之後直接變了，還好我續住一晚還可以評價一次。
1.一樓有飲水機但是沒有水，想要熱水問前台怎麼弄，前台沒理
2.因為白天要出去，所以提前溝通前台洗的衣服能不能幫忙拿出來放到父母房間。答應了，但是沒幹
3.我們以為睡衣在父母那，結果一直在洗衣房…我們回去後讓幫忙郵寄一下，隨便找了個破塑料袋，然後還跟幾雙不屬於我們的破襪子一起寄過來的我真的噁心壞了。
4.他們的失誤，沒有任何反應，郵費到付
就這樣，破酒店，新疆之旅最差一個
