房間偏舊，裝修簡陋，衞生間返味嚴重，房間有異味，窗户鎖不了，床上用品很舊，白色不白，入住體驗感不好。

位置在八卦城邊上，50米的地方就有一個充電樁。房間不算大，但乾淨整潔。停車在巷子裏或巷子口的公共停車場，有個小院子，種了些蔬菜和花卉。

院子佈置的挺漂亮，車子可以停在門口路邊弄堂空檔處。出弄堂左拐的街邊有小飯店早上有早飯。去瓊庫什台在這兒做落腳點還是不錯的。

房間乾淨整潔，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，我們洗衣服的時候出去吃飯老闆娘會幫我們把衣服拿出來晾上，非常温馨的小院！

一開始訂的房間比較小然後老闆看我們行李比較多免費給我們升級了大一點的房間這個服務不錯，但房間衞生間味道很大，在睡覺的地方都聞得到，衞生間的燈有點壞了很暗卸不了粧看不清路，老闆説晚上找人修但看了庫房沒有可更換的燈膽，導致一直都頂着昏暗的燈光卸粧，房間裏有吹風筒和掛燙機，這兩個都比較好用，整體有好有壞，中規中矩，但勝在便宜，已經比當天其它客棧價格要低很多
