點贊草莓，整個入住服務很友善，能感受到用心。出行在外，重在細節。感恩像朋友一樣對待，不會一板一眼説客套話。但酒店硬件有明顯不足。例如洗澡調節器，忽冷忽熱，温度不穩定。烘衣機基本跟沒烘差不多。因為服務彌補這些缺陷。給五星。

❤️酒店完全像個小公園，環境很好，還養了天鵝，鴨子，鴕鳥和孔雀，地處特克斯城邊，自駕去喀拉峻方便，去特克斯城裡也不遠。
💛房間打掃乾淨，還為我們升級了房間，空間很大，床品舒服，準備了乳膠枕和軟枕，大氣的一次性放了6瓶農夫山泉礦泉水，對我這種愛喝水的人很友好
💜前台馬揚小姐姐服務超級熱情，不僅一路將我們的行李送至酒店，而且送上了歡迎果盤、牛奶和酸奶。
🧡早餐也不錯，中西餐都有，還有位哈薩克小姐姐在現制熱奶茶，儀式感滿滿。
