The staff were very polite and friendly, always ready to help with everything — from booking a hot air balloon flight and arranging transfers to car rental and daily needs. The breakfast was large and varied. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the manager Riski for his kindness, positive attitude, and support in everything!

This place is the best stay for me in Turkey. Good location not busy good for family. And the room make me feel like home, it is very private. And very very good service. If i really want to recomment Pinhan to everyone.

Çalışanlar çok nazik ve ilgiliydi. Otel konum olarak Uçhisar kalesine yakın ve Uçhisar merkezinde.
Odalarda klima yok fakat mağara otel konseptinde olduğundan çok sıcak değildi. Biraz havasız kaldığını söyleyebilirim.
Kahvaltıda serpme kahvaltı veriyorlar. Kahvaltımız güzeldi.
İlk gün yine aynı işletmeye ait, aynı bahçede hizmet veren asya mutfağı restoranında yemeğimizi yedik. Asya mutfağını seviyorsanız tavsiye ederim.

挺好的，和圖片基本一致，wifi熱水各種設施使用順利。洞穴風的內部裝修，頂層可以遠遠看到熱氣球。早餐按人頭供應不是自助的，味道不錯，服務也挺好的會幫忙搬行李。
需要注意的是這裏不是在卡帕多奇亞主要的旅遊中心格雷梅，而是在烏奇希薩爾，距離烏奇希薩爾城堡步行可到，但是去格雷梅不自駕的話不是很方便了

Классный отель практически в историческом центре. необычный дворик, дарил ощущение какой-то восточной сказки. с парковкой проблем не было. номер был двухэтажный (нас было четверо). все было удобно. единственное что не устроило - ну очень скудные завтраки (их разносили, не шведский стол). мы всегда уходили голодными.
