A really friendly and welcoming hotel in the delightful village of Tejada. We were there for three days and Ava in particular was amazingly helpful; when someone knows your names when you first arrive that’s a real sign of attentive customer service. The rooms are clean and there’s a sun terrace to watch the sun come up in the morning. Recommended!

Fantastic view over the mountains. The hotel has a terrace with sun quite late, this was appreciated. Nice staff, good breakfast. The downside is the terrible beds. So uncomfortable, seems the madrasses are old and super hard. If you fancy that kind of bed all is super.

We stayed in one of the appartments, really good with an addictive view. Clean and well prepared. The breakfasts were serviced in the hotel, those were good and with inspiring pleasure served. Thanks! Tejeda is quite, and indeed can be called rural, offering lots of options for hiking etc.

Nice traditional Canarian hotel. The terrace on the second floor offers an amazing view over the rocky landscape and four loungers there make this very comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Quite difficult to find at first because access is from one end of the road only. But then it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the many cafes and restaurants along the main drag.

Excelente hotel para pasar unos días de descanso en un entorno privilegiado. Habitación cómoda y limpia con vistas al Roque Nublo y al Bentaiga. Desayuno con gran variedad de alimentos, y un trato muy amable y cercano de Eva. Muy recomendable.

Estupendo hotel rural para disfrutar de Tejeda. Habitación muy cómoda con vistas al Roque Bentayga, y gran atención por parte del personal Muy bien decorado y trato excelente. Se encuentra en el.mismo centro del pueblo, por lo que puede recorrerlo de forma muy cómoda.

Bajo la dirección de Fina, este lugar situado en pueblo encantador, cuenta con unas instalaciones perfectas para el descanso y la comodidad. La habitación perfecta, las camas muy cómodas, y las vistas preciosas. El desayuno muy bueno. En definitiva todo a gusto. Pagas por lo que recibes y lo que recibes es de 10.

Lo peor es la soberbia de Serafina Suárez, incapaz de reconocer las debilidades de su negocio y escudarse siempre en la ‘maldad’ de los huéspedes para ocultar su mala gestión y falta de profesionalidad en el sector económico más importante de la isla. Al turismo hay que cuidarlo. La forma de responder a las críticas refleja un resentimiento y un lenguaje inapropiado para cualquier empresario, más aún si se trata de una cronista oficial. Cualquier persona no está capacitada para el desarrollo de esta profesión. Se requiere profesionalidad y formación constante. Un ejemplo: en la recepción raramente hay alguien y quien se ocupa de ello es también quien asume el resto de funciones. Si está en el desayuno, no hay recepción y viceversa. Eso sí, siempre dispuestas a recomendarte el restaurante de su negocio. Las vistas, la localización y la belleza del pueblo no son méritos suyos, más bien son la única excusa que tiene para un negocio que en cualquier otro lado no sería competitivo. Aproveche las críticas para mejorar y no para entrar en confrontación directa con los clientes que, con sus opiniones, le ofrecen la posibilidad de corregir los puntos débiles y tener perspectiva de futuro.
