En este hotel no te sientes seguro y la gente no se hace responsable me robaron mi computadora y nunca me dieron una resolución lamentablemente el día que me la robaron fue la noche anterior a salir ya del hotel se metieron a mi equipaje y me sacaron mi laptop tuve que hablarle a la policía la gente no respondió!! No le recomiendo a nadie quedarse en este hotel cuando puse mi queja en Facebook y en Google me enteré que a otras personas también de la familia les había pasado lo mismo una experiencia de lo peor nunca me había sucedido algo así en un hotel

Hotel hermoso
El hotel está muy bien ubicado a 8 minutos del centro de Tehuacan, tiene bonitas habitaciones con terraza, el desayuno excelente. Solo el gimnasio está muy descuidado y los aparatos no sirven.

Casi perfecto pero
El hotel es bonito, de lo mejor que he visto pero no es posible que las tv no sean Smart tv, aparte no tienen cable solo canales de tv abiertos. Y en una de las llaves del lavabo se salía el agua.
