The luxury tent was a complete disaster. We were moved from one tent to the other because there was air coming in through the slits in the door at 40 F. This was at 11pm. The second tent that we were moved to smelled of sewage. This is their most expensive room and it is just plain terrible. Absolutely horrible experience.

Our stay at Anand Kashi was excellent. Our room was facing and very close to the very forceful river Ganges but was surprisingly silent inside the room.It was a very spiritual experience staying there, with top class food, atmosphere and service. Enjoyed the high tea on the river bank every evening! In brief, I would say Wah Taj!

The location of the property is superb. The hospitality was excellent and the staff well trained to take care of most customer requirements. Since we were celebrating a milestone anniversary, the hotel made some wonderful arrangements to help our celebration. The Ganga aarti was well organized and the ability to take a rafting trip right from the hotel pier was so convenient. The food quality was very good. We had 3 rooms but the amenities in each room were not consistent - improvement can be made in items like towels and certain furniture. The TVs in the rooms are installed at odd angles and cannot be viewed from the bed. There was stink from 1 room and the AC was not working in another one - the answers provided for these issues were preposterous and we were surprised at the lack of awareness of these staff to resolve issues. Despite the above, our overall experience was very good.

Just spent a little time with Aryan from Stardust, a knowledgeable young aspiring astrophysicist. I had my first primer on identifying the planets, stars and constellations in the Rishikesh night sky. An ad hoc bonus to a wonderful stay at Anand Kashi.

It was a very relaxing holiday with great view by the Holy Ganges. Everything turned out be great- Food , high tea and the evening Aarti. Hospitality as always was awesome with IHCL/ TAJ - prompt, satisfying and personalised. Ravinder did the room decoration very nicely It was my wife’s birthday they made her feel very special… Reena was one of the gardening staff very polite, soft spoken my 3 year old kid loved her The resturant staff is 10 out of 10, the food is awesome and the staffs behaviour is very nice , ever courteous with prompt and dedicated service. Overall awesome lifetime experience…I would definitely like to visit again…keep up the good work..Anand Kashi team…!!The

One of the best resorts we have stayed in. The location is probably the best you can get, extremely peaceful and calm. Daily something is provided which is healthy, such as dry fruits or face masks or something else. The view is amazing, the high tea is a great experience, with the best rusk and aata biscuit ever made. Great varieties or green tea ***** with good chai. Weather was rainy but overall a lovely stay.

We were a family of 10 celebrating a milestone event. The overall experience was unforgettable. The location of the resort, amenities, quality of the buildout of the property, service and food were truly excellent. It’s a bit pricey but worth every penny.
