The food was good. Property is nice and peaceful. View to the mountains was scenic. Services and the team was really great. Parking space in the property is small and should be increased. Eco park is right in front of the resort can trek in thr mornings.

Location : 5/5 Rooms: 2/5 ( Needs renovation badly especially the bathrooms) Food: 2.5/5 Staff: 2/5 A very disappointing Mahindra property. The only good thing about it is that it has a superb location. Needs renovation badly and staff needs to be pulled up. The service and food both were below average. The only saving grace were the 2-3 restaurants/ dhabba right next to them. We literally ate all meals there.

The service give by sadamm was quite good. The food was good especially the indian Sizzlier and chaat. The staff here are quite friendly, good and cooperative. The room, The view from the property and everything made a perfect destination for a holiday with my family. We had a wonderful time here.

Awesome resort…. 5stars full on full. Desk front Nidhi Gehlot and manager brij mohan corporate a lot.. really they are fantastic at there job . Full staff keep smiling all the time.. View of the property is unbeatable in kanatal Overall good hospitality

Some pros and cons. Pros: overall property was great. Food is of good quality and staff is courteous and professional. Prompt service. Cons: Bed is small for an average adult male of about 5'10". Both of my feet were hanging off the bed. Biggest con is the washroom. We had 2 rooms, both toilets were extremely smelly. Shower didnt work properly, and hot water is available for only few hours in the morning and evening per day. Nidhi gehlot of front desk is courteous, professional and respectful. We wish her all the best for her future and present endeavours.

Although the property needs an upgrade. The staff is amazing. Special mention to Alok who was present at the restaurant. Chef Naresh, chef Dinesh and chef Sajid accommodated our jain food requests. The staff at happy hub also entertained us all well for the Diwali program.
