I had a wonderful stay at the property. The staff here is exceptional beyond words. A special mention to Ms Ragini for making us feel comfortable all the time and Mr Vivek and Mr Rohit at the front office. I would like to add a special note of gratitude for Chef Sunil Raturi who is a very humble and nice person he was there with us throughout and provided us with the best cuisines. Hats off to the entire team of JW Marriot you guys are doing a wonderful job 👍.

It was truly an amazing experience. Each one made sure that our stay was comfortable and made us feel so much at home . The rooms were excellent and food was great . The service at JW cafe was so personalised that right from the head chef to the service staff were there to cater to our food requirements . Would definitely love to go there again . My parents went to JW Marriott Mussoorie for Celebrating my Dad's 59th Birthday. As always the staff provided wonderful services. Ms. Arshdeep, Ms. Riya & Mr. Suraj took very good care of them. They made his Birthday Special & a Memorable one.

As Harveen ji gently opened the grand gates to JW Marriott Mussoorie, I caught my first glimpse of the mist curling down the hills like a quiet whisper. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, in true JW Marriott style, and just like that - I knew in my heart, these next two days would stay with me forever. **Some context, before we begin:** This wasn’t just any vacation. This was my first birthday in 25 years - and my first trip - with Dadu, my 90-year-old grandfather, who’s been a silent pillar of strength in my life and an avid traveller all his own. The last birthday I remember celebrating with him was when I was a child. I still recall how he braved heavy monsoon rains to bring me and my birthday gang our favourite orange candy ice creams. There were no 10-minute deliveries back then, no themed cakes - just one mission: to make me smile. Birthdays, like people, change with time. Somewhere ***** the way, life got busy, and it turned into just another day - some cake, a few messages, and back to routine. But this year - June 2025 - I made a quiet promise to myself: to bring back a bit of the magic. Even if just for a weekend. Even if just for him… and for my mother, the quiet glue who’s held us all together for as long as I can remember. **More Than a Stay – It Was a Feeling** From the moment we stepped into JW Marriott Mussoorie, it didn’t just feel like any other resort - it felt like home. Only warmer. Only kinder. Renuka and Vandana at the reception made our arrival feel warm and personal, far beyond a routine check-in. A heartfelt thank you to Renuka for not just accommodating our room upgrade request, but for giving us a view so stunning, it instantly set the tone for a memorable stay. Renuka, in particular, went above and beyond throughout our stay. She helped plan the smallest details with such care, including a surprise that truly touched my heart: during an evening at Kachdi, she captured a photo of me and Dadu. On my birthday, I found that very moment framed and delivered to our room. A memory frozen in time - wrapped with thoughtfulness. A heartfelt thank you to Subhash for capturing those special moments with my mom and me - with such patience, even in the midst of your busiest hours. JW Cafe became our morning ritual, not just for the food (which was divine) but because of the people - Rajat, Ishani, Parichita, and Sudeshna - The Fantastic Four, who I have interacted with the most from JW Cafe who made us feel like regulars, like family. The warm smiles, the gentle check-ins, the laughter- they were all part of the memory. Thank you, ‘The Fantastic Four’, for the birthday and farewell cake. Sous Chefs Vivek and Sunil added their magic behind the scenes, creating food that tasted of both technique and soul. Thank you, Chef Vivek, for always helping me with the cheese platter. While we were away for the day exploring Mussoorie, Riya took such care
