Very courteous housekeeping staffs. It seems they are aware of what you need. Beds were nicely done and toilet amenities were clean and good quality. What else to write? We had a great time with our family. Oh yes, they also arranged special gifts for birthday.

I cannot praise Marriott and its incredible staff enough! A special shoutout to Renuka, who went above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday unforgettable. At very short notice, she arranged a beautiful cake and even took the time to write a my heartfelt wish for my friend. Her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail truly set her apart, she’s the kindest and most thoughtful person I’ve ever spoken to in the hotel industry. Renuka embodies the true spirit of hospitality, and thanks to her, my experience with the Marriott was beyond exceptional. If I could, I’d give 10 stars—5 stars for Renuka and 5 stars for Marriott! Thank you for creating such a memorable experience!

The staff has very warming hospitality. Felt very good. When on 31st December had dinner at their cafe. Serves the best food. Try their JW cafe for best food experience. Staff is very helpfull. Every penny spent makes it worth visitng and staying once

Rating 5. It was a tremendous experience. The ambience, people in the front desk the way the welcomed was great. I give full 5 rating to housekeeping for cleaning the room daily. Especially Mr. Kasim. He did a tremendous work in cleaning the room.

Ushered in the New Year 2025 at this wonderful hotel. We had the time of our lives and enjoyed every bit of it . The Grand Gala dinner and live Music by Salman and Zaman was spectacular who sang 3-4 hrs non stop. This hotel is truly world class and I would consider among the best Luxury hotel in India if not the world. Its USP is the location with breathtaking views, warm and efficient staff with Lip-smacking food , expansive buffets. It even has a Heated pool. Special Mention to the following staff who were like family to us : Top Management : Mr.Pawan, MsRagini , Ms Rimon Das Chefs : Chef Sainath Naik ( who cooked a special delicious home cooked like meal for us, in spite of being so busy ), Chef Sunil and Anil always ready to cater to our culinary needs . Front Desk : Ms Megha JW Cafe staff : Rajatava , Meheshwar, Manish and Ms Amardeep In room dining: Ms Sudeshna Housekeeping: Sunil and Kashim. We can’t thank you enough and we will remember this stay for a long time!! We will be back :)
