We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.
The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city.
The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners.
We have really enjoyed our stay, special mention and thanks goes to Reception team for their amazing hospitality : Asal Khosravi, Mehrab Shahbaz and Atefeh Kahdooli.

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good.
Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, there is nothing special nearby, but it is not far to the center. Beautiful lobby interior. The rooms are a bit old, but maintained. The beds are narrow, the mattresses and pillows are hard. Breakfast for 5 stars is poor but tasty. Omelettes and pancakes are fried, there are freshly squeezed juices and good machine coffee. A good view of the city and mountains from the window, if you take a higher floor or from the restaurant on the 12th floor.

Those who write bad reviews probably compare hotels with Europe. This is Iran and you need to understand this! For this price you can only book economy 3*. This hotel is quite decent, beautiful reception, modest breakfasts, but you will definitely not go hungry, but it is conveniently located. At the reception they always called us a taxi at the same price as in the city. I really liked the girls at the reception! Everyone is friendly! We are happy with everything. The shower is old

Very cost-effective, breakfast included. 300 meters from the subway station. Convenient to various attractions. A few hundred meters away is the US Embassy. A few bus stops south will take you to the Grand Bazaar. Not far from the museum. Very clean. There are meals available when you come back late. The waiter can speak Chinese.

Excellent
GGuest UserI had an incredible stay at Firuze Hostel in Tehran! The location is absolutely ideal – easy access to the heart of the city and all the main attractions.
Although the hostel is relatively new, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my stay feel like a home away from home.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the hostel's atmosphere is warm and inviting. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Tehran and highly recommend Firuze Hostel to anyone, I’ll definitely be back.
EEvgeniia ZemchenkovaThe hotel is better than in the photo, conveniently located - in the center, but in a quiet part. You can walk at a leisurely pace to the exchange offices of restaurants at any time, the nearest pharmacy is 300 meters away, the breakfast is good, upon request the staff will fix everything and help. The rooms are better than in the photo.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and I liked the room, there was no problem with hot water nor air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice although waffle or several items were unavailable even it is written as available on the open kitchen corner. One thing that disturbed me most is that the hotel doorman first tried to reject my entry saying ”Full” ”No Room” ” Go to other hotel” even I told him I had reservation. It took me so much pain to push away this arrogant and mannerless doorman to reach concierge. And this doorman also never helped me to carry my luggage at the time of checkout. Was he really a gatekeeper or hired as bouncer?
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a revenge story involving the Tehran Heritage Hostel, consider a narrative where a guest feels wronged due to poor service or an uncomfortable experience. They decide to expose the hostel's issues by writing an exaggerated yet humorous review online. Their story goes viral, leading to a surge of curious guests who, expecting a disaster, instead find a quirky charm to the place. The hostel benefits from the unexpected publicity, and the protagonist learns that sometimes, even a negative experience can lead to unexpected outcomes.🤩❤
GGuest UserI've written enough about the hotel in my last review. In this review, I would like to thank the receptionists. Special thanks to Ali who was so helpful, sociable, approachable and sincere. Keep it up.
逆逆旅人生We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like
1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though.
2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in.
3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.
UUmmer HAMZAGreat Location and Value at Hotel Markazi, Tehran!
Location, Location, Location!
Hotel Markazi impressed me with its incredibly convenient location. The metro station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Tehran without needing a car. Plus, the hotel is close to markets and landmarks, so you can explore the city with ease.
Friendly and Welcoming Staff
The staff at Hotel Markazi were hospitable and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel welcome and were always available to answer questions or assist with anything I needed.
Great Value for Money
Considering the convenient location and friendly service, I found Hotel Markazi to be a great value for the price. It's a perfect option for budget-minded travelers who don't want to compromise on a good location.
Overall Recommendation
If you're looking for a well-located, affordable hotel in Tehran with friendly staff, then Hotel Markazi is a great choice. Just keep in mind that it might not offer the most luxurious amenities compared to higher-priced hotels.
소소정The hotel employees at the reception were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I lost money in my hotel room, but the hotel trusted me and returned my lost money.
I want to thank all the employees who helped me until 2 am to catch the thief and return my money.
The hotel handled the situation very well, and I felt like this hotel was trustworthy.
吉吉It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them .
The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.
