Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel taxi is more expensive than the outside taxi, the hotel pool is only for men and it is very strange!!!! The room was for smokers and the air conditioner didn't stink and smelled great after a day! When I checked out, I had to carry my luggage to the door, and even though I had tipped everyone well, no escort was done and I carried all the luggage by myself. One of the passengers helped me take me down the stairs! They didn't even say goodbye and it wasn't respectful at all, I won't go back to the hotel!
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a revenge story involving the Tehran Heritage Hostel, consider a narrative where a guest feels wronged due to poor service or an uncomfortable experience. They decide to expose the hostel's issues by writing an exaggerated yet humorous review online. Their story goes viral, leading to a surge of curious guests who, expecting a disaster, instead find a quirky charm to the place. The hostel benefits from the unexpected publicity, and the protagonist learns that sometimes, even a negative experience can lead to unexpected outcomes.🤩❤
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is good and I liked the room, there was no problem with hot water nor air conditioner. Breakfast was very nice although waffle or several items were unavailable even it is written as available on the open kitchen corner. One thing that disturbed me most is that the hotel doorman first tried to reject my entry saying ”Full” ”No Room” ” Go to other hotel” even I told him I had reservation. It took me so much pain to push away this arrogant and mannerless doorman to reach concierge. And this doorman also never helped me to carry my luggage at the time of checkout. Was he really a gatekeeper or hired as bouncer?
PPABLITO25If you are just for a few days Teheran or try to catch a flight next day it is perfect. Great few on the airport but totally silent inside the room. Free transfer to airport every 15 minutes.
GGuest UserIt feels good. The hotel decoration is unique. For example, there are special paintings on the walls of the hotel elevator. The service is very good and friendly. There are many taxis at the door, so it is convenient to call a taxi. But there are not many places to eat. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant for two days. There is a litter of kittens in the fast food restaurant next to the hotel. A kind person built a nest for them. The people here must be very kind.
GGuest UserThe stay was wonderful
The place the surrondings were really beuatiful enjoyed the stay alot
Stayed for nighy but it was perfect
Specially the receptionist who have helped us finding our trip.com booking reference and other things i forgot her name but she was so helpfull and she was really good it was around 1:30pm when we booked in so this review is specially for that reception and
Sorry i forgot ur name otherwise i would have absolutly mentioned it.
Thanks
MMustafa90890The room was small, and so was the bathroom, it did bother me that they wanted to keep my passport at the reception and they did. only one of 3 receptionists spoke English, no help booking busses or anything.
On the positive side, the location is amazing next to Saadi metro station, and the AC was good!
GGuest User#positive #I was happy with the Hotel Smell, Natural Light in the Room, Soundproofing, Mosquito Control Measures, Bed Comfort Level, Convenience of Transport; The boss and the staff are very friendly, the service attitude is very good, and they all speak English. The location in the city center is very convenient
소소정The hotel employees at the reception were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I lost money in my hotel room, but the hotel trusted me and returned my lost money.
I want to thank all the employees who helped me until 2 am to catch the thief and return my money.
The hotel handled the situation very well, and I felt like this hotel was trustworthy.
GGuest UserThose who write bad reviews probably compare hotels with Europe. This is Iran and you need to understand this! For this price you can only book economy 3*. This hotel is quite decent, beautiful reception, modest breakfasts, but you will definitely not go hungry, but it is conveniently located. At the reception they always called us a taxi at the same price as in the city. I really liked the girls at the reception! Everyone is friendly! We are happy with everything. The shower is old
