Chinese people please note that there are many other options that are better and more affordable than this one, which costs 180 yuan a night to stay in a small hotel in China that costs 50 yuan a night. The small room of less than 10 square meters has a separate bathroom. The smell is unpleasant, there are no towels when you first enter, and the toilet is squat. The breakfast is not bad.

Because it is close to the subway station and convenient for travel, I stayed for another three nights. There was no standard free bottled water in the room, but there was a special water dispenser in the corridor. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet was quite rich and quite local.

Friendly people. The room and bathroom are old because of that you see some rust on the water pipe. Filters of air conditioning were filled and mold.
All amenities nearby such as: restaurant, fast food, shops etc. Recommended for people who really love the city.

A very basic hotel matching the very cheap rate so people should have reasonable expectations. Location is good though, as it is only a 10 minute walk to/from the Sa'adi metro on line 1. Many of the must see attractions are accessible on this metro line, or else through a change to other lines. Iran is an interesting country, though made very challenging for foreign tourists travelling alone due to the sanctions. Traveling since the early 80's, it has been the most challenging destination outside of war zones for me so be mentally prepared!

The room was small, and so was the bathroom, it did bother me that they wanted to keep my passport at the reception and they did. only one of 3 receptionists spoke English, no help booking busses or anything.
On the positive side, the location is amazing next to Saadi metro station, and the AC was good!
