Budget hotel. The room was clean, but old and small. Breakfast buffet. In the evening there is a cafe with Iranian and European cuisine, the prices are very affordable. The staff is polite. Not everyone at the reception speaks English, so it's better to have Google translate on your phone. Convenient location in the center of Tehran, close to the metro.

The hotel is situated near Ferdowsi Square and quite close to many attractions in central Tehran. There is a nice café that is part of the hotel and the food for the breakfast buffet is quite decent. The rooms were clean and pleasant, however in one of the rooms there was an issue with the hot water (the hotel staff changed the room as soon as they were made aware of the problem). Overall, a decent hotel and one that was a good experience to stay in.
