I decided to write a review, purely my own view and attitude to cleanliness and everything. I had to stay at this hotel because during the exhibition in Iran, many hotels were full. And after reading the reviews and hoping that the reviews correspond to reality, I booked this hotel. In no way do I want to denigrate or advertise this hotel. I hope that this review will be read by the hotel managers and appropriate changes will be made to the cleanliness and quality of service of the hotel. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is in a good location, that you can walk to the city's attractions on foot and is not far from the grand bazaar. In general, the hotel is built well, but already at the entrance you can feel the lack of lighting. The hotel lacks a general cleaning. The carpets have exhausted their service life, it would be nice to change or at least dry clean the carpets. The room is cleaned at a maximum of a C. There were no towels, we had to ask the service staff using non-verbal communication. Since the staff does not speak English. We received a bath towel, judging by the appearance, the towel had never encountered bleach. Of course, there was no hand towel. If we talk about the cleanliness of the linen, we can also give it a tense three. We had to collect hairs from previous guests. (Unfortunately). The promised Wi-Fi works at the reception. As for breakfast, what can I say?! Again, there is a lack of control from managers. Untimely serving of dishes. You will not remain hungry, but I will not say that you will make a good breakfast.
