1) For the hotel's wireless network, after the screen of the mobile phone is turned off, you have to re-enter the account password, which is good for those who need to exercise patience
2) The curtains are not drawn tightly, and the same is true when you change rooms. There is a hole under the bedside cabinet. I don’t know why.
3) The shower in the bathroom is a little bit out of focus
4) There is no quilt in winter, blankets are enough
5) After staying for a week, every morning at 9 o'clock, I would knock on the door of each room on time. For some reason, I woke up and went to open the door, but no one was there.
6) The rental car that the hotel shouted was about 3-4 times the price of the Sannap outside. I tried it once, but I didn’t continue to sit.
7) The breakfast is very rich and the service is in place.
8) The park next to the hotel is very comfortable.
I hope the hotel can improve its services and facilities, and I will stay again next time.
By the way, this is the place where Yu Qiuyu stayed overnight when he wrote ”A Thousand Years of Sigh” in Iran.

The hotel taxi is more expensive than the outside taxi, the hotel pool is only for men and it is very strange!!!! The room was for smokers and the air conditioner didn't stink and smelled great after a day! When I checked out, I had to carry my luggage to the door, and even though I had tipped everyone well, no escort was done and I carried all the luggage by myself. One of the passengers helped me take me down the stairs! They didn't even say goodbye and it wasn't respectful at all, I won't go back to the hotel!

apart from the front desk, hardly anyone speaks english which is a very common for all hotels in Iran. The bell boys wanted to charge $1 per luggage in case any guest wants to weigh the suitcase. breakfast was just ordinary, no changes daily. they dont keep brown/white bread (what they refer to as 'toast'). even in the egg counter, only Fry eggs are provided, irrespective of what you have asked for!

It was good until my last day. I actually paid for towels that was stained because of my died hair. The hotel worker were really nice and I just wanted to thank them .
The place is accessible to banks, buses metro stations and taxis everywhere. People on the street are kind and helpful. They were just happy to help. The weather is hot so bring water with you. The covering of the hair and the entire body except your face, hands and feet are ok. I also recommend that you can at least read or speak Persian if not, bring your phone with you and use it for translation or have someone with you who can speak and write Persian as not everyone can speak English.

First of all, we are really sorry for the not stable conditions that are happening in China with regards to the Corona Virus. With this regard, please stop the bookings for only guests with Chinese nationality for the following hotels, as they have announced to us that guests with Chinese nationalities are not welcomed at the hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are complete. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which contains drinks and food. There is a charge, but the price is very cheap.
Hygiene: Very clean and hygienic, cleaned every day, changed sheets, bath towels, bathrobes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The facilities are very new
Environment: The environment is good. Although the hotel is in the center of the city, it is very quiet. There is even a small yard in the breakfast area.
Service: The service is the most impressive, very good service to everyone. From the front desk to the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everything is great!

GGuest UserOpposite the airport, walk across the overpass, only 3-5 minutes to get there, convenient for taking a flight. I have stayed here several times. The decoration is new, and it is a relatively new hotel in Tehran. The breakfast is rich, and the restaurant is dimly lit. There are restaurants and several small shops on the ground floor, and the consumption is reasonable. Recommended for taking a flight or transiting, don't choose this place if you have something to do in the city, after all, it is dozens of kilometers away from the city and there are no supporting facilities around.

NNimaWe have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.
The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city.
The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners.
We have really enjoyed our stay, special mention and thanks goes to Reception team for their amazing hospitality : Asal Khosravi, Mehrab Shahbaz and Atefeh Kahdooli.

逆逆旅人生We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we generally enjoyed our stay here, however there were something we didn’t like
1) No one ever came to make up our room when we were out during the day. They did bring us clean towel upon request though.
2) Room card key needed re-activation every day and they didn’t tell me until I complained about the card key not working properly. They should tell us when we checked in.
3) Breakfast was purely Iranian style, not my type.

LLeonardA mobile phone can only access the Internet with a maximum of 500mb of traffic per day, and the signal in the room is very poor. To connect to WiFi, you need to be at the door or downstairs lobby to connect easily and smoothly.
Basic facilities are normal, no hair dryer, overall it's okay
Breakfast is included every day, but it is recommended to eat at 9 o'clock, there is almost nothing left if you are late
