The room is old, and the facilities in the room have not been upgraded, such as the air conditioner, which is loud and ineffective. The sink has no filter device and there are many flying insects. The network is unstable, often disconnected and the power will go out. The room cleaning is irregular and the front desk needs to be urged. Only then will the daily cleaning be finally completed; and the cost of these three nights is higher and the price-performance ratio is low.

El servicio al cliente es de lo peor, en recepción no encuentras a nadie, llamas desde la habitación y nadie contesta. La actitud es de lo más desdeñable, atienden cualquier tipo de solicitud con gestos de desagrado. No entiendo cómo un hotel puede permitirse un servicio al cliente tan pésimo. El restaurante se salva por la cocina y una que otra mesera. La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones en el tercer nivel son viejas, sin mantenimiento y en un estado que no vale su precio, la iluminación de pasillos amarilla del siglo pasado lúgubre.

La atención de el restaurante Vitrales fue de lo mejor, todos muy amables y serviciales. Sigan de esa manera, porque sin lugar a dudas voy a volver a ese lugar. No siempre uno encuentra el espacio en el que se siente bien, pero ustedes lo lograron.

This place is old and raggedy, in badly need of remodeling, but it is clean and comfortable. It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." I didn't want to spend more money on Marriott/Hyatt so I chose this place. Like others mentioned, the internet can be choppy, and the hotel is old and tired-looking, but the food is superb, the customer service is impeccable, and the staff is warm and friendly, thus I overlooked a lot of their shortcomings.

I stayed at this hotel on August 27, 2023 and checked out August 28, 2023. This hotel offers vouchers through TripAdvisor for free cocktail. When I go to use it, they refuse to order the cocktail. They said it only applied to beer and wine and then the bartender decided to call me a damn gringo. Call management was able to get management to honor their voucher because they were refusing to and the bartender was ordered to apologize although it wasn’t sincere. This place is an absolute crap show don’t go.
