Tornado verso la Sicilia, ci siamo fermati qui per una notte con la mia famiglia. Dal primo contatto telefonico, Margherita è stata gentile è disponibile offrendoci la soluzione a noi più comoda. Se pur con pioggia e freddo, abbiamo raggiunto la location facilmente dall'autostrada, in meno di dieci minuti. Parcheggio comodo, stanze pulite, ampie e anche se non di recente ristrutturazione, presentano i confort necessari. Un valore aggiunto è il ristorante presente all'interno, piatti buoni, preparati con cura e attenzione dallo chef, che ha accontentato i miei bimbi e un nonno esigente. ( Il ristorante ha anche la pizzeria).Buona anche la colazione . Lo consiglierei e sicuramente ci ritornerei.

camera e bagno freddi con termosifoni spenti ed un condizionatore che non diffonde calore perchè ha un armadio davanti.
Letto matrimoniale assemblato che in piena notte si è aperto tra i 2 materassi.
Biancheria del letto che appariva usata.

In generale la struttura è carina e pulita, ma la moquette della camera era sporca e piena di peli e capelli. Inoltre sugli asciugamani abbiamo trovato dei capelli ancor prima di utilizzarli. Le lenzuola erano stropicciate. Basterebbe un po’ di accortezza in più per migliorare la situazione, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia, che per me è fondamentale.

arrivato nel parcheggio ho avuto un'ottima impressione, che è svanita subito appena messo piede all'interno dell'hotel. Ambiente molto datato e lo stesso per quanto riguarda le camere, lamia aveva un terrazzino senza parapetto, hanno cercato di mettere una pezza con delle assi di legno. per fortuna ero da solo, ma immagino una famiglia con bambini che magari vogliono uscire fuori dal balcone......
